"We have just come back from 9 days Oct to Nov 2006. The apartment was great me my husband and three boys found it plenty big enough and had everything needed. The weather was great 35 degrees the day before we left. The sun roof is fantastic and the pool is a minutes walk away with a swipe card to enter so it is for residents only. We found it warm enough to swim in October but nice and quiet also. Sue is great and at the other end of the phone for any quieries and there is plenty of bars for eating out within walking distance. “We stayed here for a fortnight August 2005. The apartment has everything you need. There are tennis courts, a swimming pool and so much more with 1 minute of the apartment. These you can use at no extra charge and there are tennis rackets in the accommodation. There was my husband and I plus our three children. The drive to/from the airports are a doddle and the apartment is easy to find. The rooftop terrace and barbecue are fantastic and the town, which is about 15 minutes drive away and is a must with plenty of entertainment for all ages. My children are 22, 15 & 11 and there was something for all of them. Benidorm is a great place to visit, not too far to drive to and a must is the Terra Mitika theme park. In all the apartment is in a nice safe area, weather was great and there wasn't anything for my husband to complain about (which is a rareity)” Maria Royer 7-21 August 2005
“Stayed 2 weeks end November 2005. Very nice, spacious(there were 4 adults, 2 x 11 year olds + 1 baby in our party!!) fully equipped apartment. Nice area, excellent local bars/ resteraunts + supermarket(all 2 min walk). 5 min walk to Emerald Isle (nice pool, English type clubhouse, bar, food, play areas etc) 2 min to local pool + tennis courts. We hired a car from airport, Local street market is a must along with the Torrivieja market(get ther in the morning)loads to see & do within 15-20 min drive and plenty more further afield. Approx 90 min drive to Benodorm etc. Handy for motorway and Murcia or Alicante airport. We had no problems but I am sure if we had the local agents (Sue or April) would have soon sorted them out. “We had a lovely time staying in your apartment it was so nice to have all the home comforts including very nice neighbours. I dont know whether you have been there since us, but there is a scottish family living downstairs next door. Their names are Andy and Kim and they have two children. The youngest is a lad, and at 8 he is the same age as ours. This meant that they kept each other busy for the two weeks going out on trips with us or going out with his parents. They also looked after ours in the evening allowing us to go out on our own.
The best bit of your apartment is the roof terrace, either catching the morning rays or sitting out there late afternoon getting ready to gook a BBQ. The local supermarket does a really tasty selection of kebabs and the steak is wicked. Red wine for less than a Euro, what heaven. “Excellent apartment located close to shops bars and other amenities. Located in a suburb of Torrevieja called Al Andalus II, part of the La Florida residential area the site is perfect for all types of holidays, we did not have time to use the communal pool and tennis court but they are there if you want them. It is recommended that you should hire a car but we manage with taxis that we cheap, 6 euros to the beach or 10 euros to Torrevieja and prompt.
The apartment is well appointed with all the things required to make a holiday stress free, it has a superb roof terrace with sun recliners tables and chairs and brick BBQ. The inside of the apartment has air conditioning and fans in each room keep it cool. Nice size kitchen but the lounge and dining area is large and very comfortable as were the bedrooms.
We had a fantastic holiday visiting the local markets, the Saturday one is a 15 minute walk and with more in Torrevieja every day and lots of shopping areas. Local beaches delightful and clean and close by car approx 5 minutes.
We have enjoyed our week s and there is so much to do and see we are going back.

"We decided to be brave and take a break from traditional Xmas and family and have a Xmas here in the sun. It has been wonderful! The Xmas lights and decorations are understated but lovely, they don't go in for any tacky decorations. The square in Torre has a magnificent Nativity working display - it was magical especially at night! Xmas day was great. We decided to go for a walk along Torre seafront expecting it to be empty - we couldn't have been more wrong. It was hot and sunny and packed. The beachfront cafe's were all open and were very busy the stalls were open and everyone was out parading and sitting enjoying the sun - as we did! Can't wait to get back to the snow and cold!! not!. "First class all the way. The place was immaculate when we arrived, welcome pack well received and all facilities made for a very comfy holiday. Weather was great and we were in the pool every day! WOW! Thats all we could say when we first arrived. The apartment is great. Everything we needed was close to hand, the comments book and your "holiday manual" were very useful. Really enjoyed the pol and the roof terrace, we were straight up there to catch a tan as were were all milkbottle white! Thank you so much for the welcome pack, we were starving when we got here so the bread and butter went down so well!!. Went to Indian restaurant during our stay, the one past the Consum supermarket. It was great, the food was really tasty, wine was good and service was 10/10. We would definitely recommend that restaurant to everyone else! Ventured into Torrevieja on Wednesday to see the night market. Not too many stalls as its only May, but there was a few good ones. Stopped off to grab a bite to eat at a nice restaurant overlooking the med, makes a change from a bag of chips and sitting on Southend seafront! Local bus service is very easy to use, only 1€ takes you right into Torrevieja town. Went to a fab restaurant Puccini in Punta Prima. Great food and service is outstanding, a little pricey but hey its a treat! Weather has been totally fab! Blue skies and beautiful sunshine. We all had a fab time in our weeks Holiday and that wouldn't be for you letting us stay in a "top" apartment with every amenity that anyone could want or need."
