"Anyone wishing for a night out the best place to go is in to Torrevieja town centre. We found loads of bars willing to feed us with alcohol! Many of which are open til 7am, so be prepared!!!" Matthew, Adam, Michael and Geraint - April 2006

"We decided to be brave and take a break from traditional Xmas and family and have a Xmas here in the sun. It has been wonderful! The Xmas lights and decorations are understated but lovely, they don't go in for any tacky decorations. The square in Torre has a magnificent Nativity working display - it was magical especially at night! Xmas day was great. We decided to go for a walk along Torre seafront expecting it to be empty - we couldn't have been more wrong. It was hot and sunny and packed. The beachfront cafe's were all open and were very busy the stalls were open and everyone was out parading and sitting enjoying the sun - as we did! Can't wait to get back to the snow and cold!! not!.
