This 3 or 4 bedroom townhouse is situated close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Orihuela Costa Beach resort.
The property has a living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with balconies, bathroom, shower room, patio area. There is a fourth bedroom with bath/shower room below the property. Ideal for grandparents or children who want to have their own room separate from the main house.
Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with wooden dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, decorative fireplace, television with English channels, DVD player and stereo.
Through the living room you have the kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery.
The rear door takes you out to the rear patio area and outside shower, toilet and washing machine.
Up the stairs you have 2 bedrooms.
The first bedroom with air conditioning has bunk beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe patio doors out to a balcony.
The other bedroom on this floor has air conditioning, a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and patio doors out onto a balcony.
The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, double sinks, toilet, vanity units and large mirror.
Carry on up the stairs and you have the large air conditioned master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets. Patio doors take you out to the balcony with swing seat. There is an en-suite shower room with walk in shower and toilet.
The four bedroom is located below the property, and you need to go outside and through an external door to get to it. The large bedroom has air conditioning, a chest of drawers, television with English TV channels. There is an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, toilet and sink. An excellent room for grandparents, or older children who want a "den" away from the rest of the family.
The front of the property has been laid to tiles with table, chairs and umbrella.
The complex has a communal pool for your use with seating and umbrellas. You are unable to see the pool from the property.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen, plus 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person is provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
Non-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No pets.
Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then items can be provided for your arrival.
Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
Beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
We do not charge you an additional cost the clean on your departure, unlike many operators.
