This is a spacious 5 bedroom villa with private pool located at Los Altos on the Orihuela Costa.

Stairs take you up to the property and the balcony with seating that over looks the pool. On entering the air conditioned living room you have a glass dining table with 6 chairs, 2 armchairs, 3 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, 2 ceiling fan lights, lamp, television with English channels, sideboard.

3 bedrooms are located on this floor. The master bedroom with double bed, beside lamps, pictures, mirror, ceiling fan light, window and wardrobes.

The second bedroom on this floor is also a double bed, bedside table, pictures, wardrobe, mirror, ceiling fan light, window.

The third bedroom is a twin bedroom with ceiling fan light, cabinet, bedside lamp, pictures, window.

The kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob and electric oven (washing machine located on the ground floor)

The main bathroom has 2 cabinets, sink, mirror with lights, toilet and bath with over the bath shower.

The shower room has a shower, toilet and sink.

Downstairs, you have a separate living and dining area with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, television and DVD player.

There is a second kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hob (no oven).

Downstairs shower room with shower cubicle, sink, cabinet with mirrors and toilet.

Two bedrooms are located on this floor, both twin rooms, both with ceiling fan lights, 2 single beds in each room, wardrobe, bedside cabinets (no windows in the bedrooms).

The swimming pool, which can be used between the hours of 8am and 11pm is 10 metres by 5 metres (one meter deep shallow end with roman steps and approx two meters at deep end). Plenty of space around the pool for relaxing and sunbathing.

The villa also has a roof top solarium.

Parking on the road.

This property is ideal for larger families.

Easy walking distance from the property you have ….

Supermarkets including; Quicksave English supermarket, 5 minutes walk. Consum supermarket, 10 minutes walk. Mercadona supermarket, 15-20 minutes walk.

There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, which is a 5 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Shivuum Indian restaurant, Otters restaurant, Liberty's bar and grill, Honey's bar, Maddison’s Sports Bar, Lime Bar, Two Tone bar. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access and phone cards and an English hairdressers.

Emerald Isle pub which has nightly entertainment during the summer is about 10 minutes walk.

Via Park 5, 10 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte restaurant, Scampi's Fish and Chip restaurant and take-away, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular) and is about a 30 minute walk.

Also at the Punta Prima Commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, Amigos, Captain's Table fish and chip shop, Subway. There are also 2 supermarkets; Eroski and Plus. Electrical shop, English clothes shop and hire centre. Petrol station.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

There is a local bus that will take you to the beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig.

Go-karting on the N332 is approx a 25 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment and their English breakfast is 3.50 Euros (March 08) great value for money.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are 8-10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Transport ….

There is a bus service to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (0034) 96 676 1088.

A car would be recommended when staying at this property.

Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

Additional Information

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

Air conditioning in the living room available at £20 per week.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £300/€400, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

The owner, or agent does not accept any responsibility for accident or loss when staying at this property. The pool does not have a life-guard therefore it is up to the adults to be responsible and to watch children whilst staying in this property.

You are not allowed to swim whilst wearing suntan lotion (affects the water) if sun tan lotion has been found in the pool €100 will be required to pay for the additional chemicals to maintain the pool.

Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

We do not charge you an additional cost for the final clean, unlike many operators.
