This property is situated at La Cinuelica, R9, Los Altos. The property is in walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Driving, Los Altos is approximately 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja town, 50 kms from Alicante airport (30 miles approx 45 minutes drive), 35 kms from Murcia airport (21 miles approx 30 minutes drive).
A flight of steps takes you up to the first floor where there is a door onto the balcony area, ideal for keeping young children in the balcony area. There is a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining or enjoying the warm summer evenings with a glass of sangria or wine. The balcony area has glass folding doors, making it a warm area anytime of the year.
Through the metal grill and wooden front door you have the living/dining room with window looking out to the front of the property, corner sofa, coffee table, sideboard, Television with English channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, Sports, Movies etc), lamp, radio/cassette/CD player, pictures, 2 ceiling fan lights, wooden dining table and 4 wooden dining chairs.
The archway from the dining area leads you into the fully tiled, fitted and well equipped kitchen and comprises fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric ceramic hob, electric oven and sink. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils are provided.
A door leads into the utility area from the kitchen with water heater and washing machine.
The main bedroom has a window looking out to the rear of the property and has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, pictures, bedside cabinets, lamps and ceiling fan light.
The second bedroom has a window looking out to the front of the property, 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, mirror, bedside table, lamp and ceiling fan light.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror with lights. Electric wall heater.
The property also has a safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The property overlooks the lawned area next to the communal pool. It has air conditioning throughout, supplying either hot or cold air. A meter using €2 coins operates the hot/cold air-conditioning. Each €2 lasts approximately 3 hours. A €2 coin will be put in the meter on your arrival to start you off.
No smoking in the apartment, smoking on the balcony area only. No pets.
Beach towels, high chair and travel cot can be supplied if required.
Bed linen and towels are supplied. The property is cleaned on your departure.
A welcome pack containing: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, eggs, jam, 5 ltr bottle of water, bottle of wine can be included.
Punta Prima beach is approximately a 20 minute walk. In the Orihuela Costa area, where Los Altos is situated, you have horse riding, go karting, jet skiing (in the summer), 3 golf courses (Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas) and lots of beaches. La Finca golf course (Algorfa - 20 minute drive). The shopping complex Las Habaneras which opened in early 2005 and has a variety of excellent shops is a 10 minute drive and in the same area there is ten pin bowling and a casino.
There are 3 supermarkets in short walking distance: Consum, Mas y Mas, Mercadona. Also in walking distance, approximately 15-20 minutes Quicksave (Via Park 3), Gama (La Florida), Aldi and Carrefour (on the N332).
Within a 10-20 minute walk you have a variety of restaurants: English (including Sunday roasts), Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, Spanish and German.
Outdoor markets are held everyday of the week. The closest is at Playa Flamenca and is held every Saturday throughout the year. Torrevieja market, which is very large is on a Friday.

Additional Information
Rates commence from the first night of your stay.
Rates are for up to 4 people accommodating the property.
If paying by credit or debit card an additional 5% on top of the rental price is required for clearing fee charges.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.
A refundable security deposit of £100/€150 is payable on arrival at the property and returned, at the end of the stay, subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Full payment required 8 weeks before arrival, or in full if less than 8 weeks.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional laundry charge, details on booking form.
Changeovers any day of the week subject to availability.
Travel cot, high chair and push chair can be provided at an additional charge, details on booking form.
Hot and Cold air conditioning is available at anytime of the year and is metered. €2 coins are required to operate the machine and a €2 will be provided to start you off.
Airport transfer or car hire can be arranged if required.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge will be payable on arrival at the property - €30.
