This south facing well furnished, air-conditioned 2nd floor apartment with balcony and roof solarium is situated at Residencial La Cinuelica R9, Los Altos. The property was new in November 2005 and completely furnished, to a high standard, in February 2006.

The property has a balcony with table and 6 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a sofa and armchair, wooden coffee table, occasional table, TV unit with television and English channels (this property is connected to the urbanisations communal satellite dish, and therefore should always receive English channels), DVD player, stereo unit (CD player, radio) wall unit, dining table and 4 chairs, pictures. The window looks out to the front of the property.

Through the archway from the rear of the living/dining room you have the fully fitted and tiled kitchen which has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juice maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a door leading from the kitchen to the utility area with washing machine and water heater.

There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom, which is to the rear of the property has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinet with drawers, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, mirror, and the window faces to the front of the property.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink and mirror with lights.

The property also has a large rooftop solarium ideal for sunbathing. Sunloungers are provided.

The apartment has optional air conditioning throughout, heaters for the winter, 2 freestanding fans, hairdryer, safe, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is a communal pool, which is located to the front of the property, the 8th photo below shows the view to the pool from the balcony.

Bed linen, 1 bath and 1 hand towel are provided per person.

No smoking in the property. No pets.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the property (no lift).

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Several supermarkets including; Mercadona, Consum, Mas y Mas, Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi, Eroski.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, approx 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Liberty's, Lime Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Scampi's fish and chips, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. A great night out.

Punta Prima Commercial Centre with Eroski supermarket, Wok buffet, Chinese restaurant, Murphys bar, Greta Garbos restaurant, Italian restaurant, English clothes shop, cosmetics shop, electrical shop, petrol station.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Transport ….

There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

We can also arrange airport transfer with car hire (you can have a smaller car for your holiday as you won't need to transport luggage from the airport).
Additional Information

Air-conditioning (hot and cold) is available throughout the property and is an optional extra, £25 per week.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
