This 2 bedroom 1st floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 8. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.
The property is 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants at Punta Marina Commercial Centre.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and has English TV channels.
The property comprises; large patio, balcony, living/dining room, double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, full bathroom, galleria area, roof solarium, use of communal pool and gardens.
The ground floor has a large patio with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing.
A flight of stairs takes you to the property, the balcony has a table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass (or two!) of local sangria or beer.
Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with sofa, wooden coffee table, dining table and 4 dining chairs, unit for tv, television with English channels, DVD player, information pack.
Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven and hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.
Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater.
Up the stairs you have the large roof solarium with table, chairs and sunloungers.
The main bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, 2 bedside lamps, picture, fitted wardrobe with hangers. There is a fully tiled en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror with lights.
The second bedroom with air conditioning has a single bed and bunk beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, mirror, small desk area.
The large fully tiled bathroom has a mirror with lights, toilet, bidet, sink, bath with shower over.
Parking is available on the road in front of the property.
There is a communal pool and garden, located to the rear of the property (you cannot see the pool from the property).
Additional items in the property: fully air-conditioned (hot and cold), iron, ironing board, parasol, collapsible clothes airer.
The property is cleaned on your departure.
Bed linen and 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person are provided.
Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.
The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers. Due to the stairs leading up to the property and roof solarium it is not wheelchair friendly or suitable for people who find using stairs difficult.
Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted on the balcony patio and roof solarium only.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
Hot/cold air-conditioning available throughout the year and is included in the rental price.
Welcome grocery packs are available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.
Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

The Area
Walking distance from the property you have ….
Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl and Aldi.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Roberto's. There are also several bars including Mr T's, many offering entertainment.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).
Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet (eat as much as you like Chinese), La Piazza II restaurant, Dave's family bar, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There are also a supermarket, Consum, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, English shoe shop, Spanish shoe shop, parfumary, pharmacy, petrol station and McDonald's.
Overlooking the sea at Punta Prima, you have the Punta Prima Restaurant, Spanish.
Nautilus restaurant has re-opened, great atomosphere overlooking sea.
Punta Prima also, during the summer normally has 3 beach bars.
Bar Los Olas is also located in Punta Prima, excellent value for money.
Via Park 3, 25-30 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Ghandi Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Damo’s Irish Bar, Tony's Music Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar and CK1. Bar/restaurant Liberty's bar and grill. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access.
Via Park 5, 30-40 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Stallions, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property (approx 10-15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Close to the go-karting you have a Wok Buffet restaurant.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking are nearby.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
Markets ….
There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport ….
There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (0034) 96 676 1088.
A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.
