This 2 bedroom villa situated at Altos de la Bahia V (English meaning; hill of the bay), Aguas Nueves, Torrevieja.

The property comprises living room, dining area, kitchen, shower room, double and twin bedroom, bathroom, driveway and roof solarium.

The property is situated within a 5 min drive to the beach, shopping centre, waterpark and large Carrefour supermarket.

The property is located within the urbansation so the only traffic going past the property would be for residents of the urbansation.

Through the gate you have the stoned garden and driveway area and a porch for "al fresco" dining or just relaxing with a glass of the local Sangria.

Through the grill door and front door you have the living room with 3 seater sofa, 3 relaxing chairs, wooden coffee table, occasional table, lamp, pictures, television unit. There are some novels available for your enjoyment whilst obtaining your suntan.

There is a separate dining area with wooden dining table and 4 chairs, occasional table, lamp, wall unit, stereo and information pack.

The fully tiled and fitted kitchen is located to the rear of the living room and comprises sink, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker, electric juicer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. The door takes you into the galleria area with washing machine.

The ground floor has a shower room with step in shower and plastic door enclosure, sink, bidet, toilet, mirror with lights and window.

The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with 2 single beds, pictures, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, 2 blankets for the winter, fitted wardrobe and hangers.

Upstairs you have the master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside tables both with 2 drawers each, 2 bedside lamps, blanket for the winter, pictures.

There is an en-suite bathroom leading off of the main bedroom with sink, mirror with lights, toilet, bidet, bath with shower curtain and window.

There is a roof solarium for sunbathing.

Parking is available on the road in front of the property or on the driveway.

Communal pool with children's shallow area, grass, trees and shaded umbrellas.

The property is cleaned on your departure.

Bed linen and towels are provided. (not beach pool towels - these can be provided for an additional laundry charge).

The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers, elderly. There is a twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor so would be suitable for anyone not wishing to use stairs.

Pets not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

The communal pool is located to the front of the property.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

    The Area

    The property has views from the solarium of the sea at La Mata which boasts golden sand and is about 5-10 mins drive.

    There is a bar/coffee hut just a few metres from the property.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 5-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 5-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 5-10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

    There is a water park (Aquopolis), open between June and September, 5 mins drive. Pacha nightclub is situated next to the water park along with a Pitch and Put golf course.

    Torrevieja CF (football club) and the indoor swimming pool are within a 5-10 min drive.

    Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night.

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 15-20 mins drive.

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, there are buses and taxis, but if you do like to explore further afield we would advise that you hire a car.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 35 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 40 minutes drive.

    Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

    Or we are able to provide you with an airport and car hire at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Additional Information

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

    Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
