This south-east facing 2 bedroom property is situated in the same row as the communal pool, 4 properties away, and has a large rooftop solarium with sea view.

Walk in through the gate and you have the garden area which has been laid to patio, to the side you have the driveway. Before entering the property you have a shaded porch area with patio table and 4 chairs.

Through the front door you have the air-conditioned living/dining room which comprises 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, wooden coffee table, wall unit, sideboard, 2 side tables, table lamp, pictures, large mirror, ceiling fan light, dining table and 4 chairs. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property. For entertainment there is a television with DVD player, English TV channels (channels are via private satellite dish so English channels will not be cut off). Please bring your own DVD's.

The archway at the end of the dining room takes you into the fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and marble worktop. There is a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The glass door to the side of the kitchen leads out into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater.

Off of the living room and through the archway will take you to the main bedroom and bathroom.

The main air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside lamps, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe), picture, pillows. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property.

The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, vanity unit, mirror, bin, rubber bath mat, towel rail, towel ring. The window looks out onto the side of the property.

Off of the living/dining room there is a door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table with drawer, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, picture, pillows, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe). The window, with curtains, looks out onto the side of the property.

Going back out of the property and to the side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the large roof top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. The rooftop solarium has a patio table, 2 chairs and 4 sunloungers.

This property is situated in the same row as the communal swimming pool, four villas away. You are not able to see the pool from the property.

Additional items in the property: Gas bbq (please clean after use and replace gas bottle as needed) and cooking utensils, 2 torches, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and parasol and base.

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are provided.

The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly. There is one step leading from the road to the pathway and a step into the property.

Pets are not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

There is a communal communal pool you can use and has grass around it, palm trees and sun umbrellas.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

The hot/cold air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living/dining room is an optional extra.

    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl, Aldi.

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Ghandi Indian restaurant, Liberty’s Bar and grill, CK1. Several English bars, including Damo’s, Tony's Music Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access and phone cards.

    Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with more bars and restaurants.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Roberto’s. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

    Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex (15-20 mins walk) you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There is also a supermarket, Consum, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, newsagents/greetings card shop, petrol station and McDonalds.

    Los Altos Commercial Centre with Lara Car Hire, Altomar Pizzeria is about 10 mins walk.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

    Located at La Zenia (approx 25-30 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children’s ball park, Burger King, Foster’s Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Good Rices (Pizza and paellas), Argentinian restaurant, Wok Centre and a Children’s play area.     Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Playing golf? We can arrange transfers from either Alicante or Murcia airport and your transport to and from the golf courses.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.

    Arrival time is after 16.00hrs. If we have no-one departing the property on the day of your arrival you maybe able to have access from 12.00noon.

    Departure time is 10.00am. If no-one is accommodating the property on the day of your departure, you maybe able to leave the property up until 17.00hrs.

    If you want to guarantee a later departure time we would suggest you book an additional night. You can then depart the property anytime up until 22.00hrs on the day of your departure.
