This super apartment has a comfortable lounge and fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is within easy reach of three world-famous golf courses and some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. Also, it’s a great base for exploring the region. Whilst the apartment is within easy walking distance of local amenities, including the numerous bars, restaurants and supermarket at Villamartin Plaza, a car is recommended to explore the attractions the wider area has to offer, including the hills and terrific scenery that lie just inland.
There are some excellent walks in the pine woods nearby and the apartment is only a short drive from some beautiful Mediterranean blue flag beaches and lovely coastal walks. The nearby town of Torrevieja plays host to some spectacular fiestas. The salt lakes in the area and the nature reserves around them attract large numbers of birds including flamingos. The area is also well known for watersports including scuba diving.
The apartment has a large terrace which receives the summer sun from afternoon until sunset. Both bedrooms benefit from large double fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The lounge and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a TV, DVD/CD player, and music centre. A selection of CDs, DVDs, games and books are also available for your use. Please feel free to bring along your own CDs and DVDs too.
A well-kept communal swimming pool, with electronic key access, is a few minutes’ walk away.
Unfortunately, the spiral staircase up to the apartment renders it inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Nearest Airports
The apartment is about 45 minutes’ drive from Alicante Airport, 30 miles (50km) away; and around 30 minutes’ drive from Murcia Airport, 21 miles (35km) away. Excellent car hire facilities are available at both airports.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
