This south facing apartment is situated at La Cinuelica, Los Altos. It comprises, tiled front patio area, tiled porch, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and rear outside galleria area. Although on the ground floor there are steps leading up to the front door, therefore unsuitable for wheelchairs.
The living/dining room comprises wall unit, coffee table, two sofas, dining table and 4 chairs, sideboard, lamp, pictures, TV and DVD player (no English TV channels), there is a selection of CD´s and DVD´s, stereo. Please take your own DVD’s and CD’s.
The fully tiled kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery.
The rear door, takes you out into the galleria area with water heater and washing machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a chest of 4 drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, curtains, 2 bedside lamps, alarm clock, table top fan, pictures and rugs for the winter.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table, lamp, a chest of 3 drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, curtains, hangers and bedside lamp.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror with lights.
There is a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining and 2 relaxing chairs.
Additional items; hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe, clothes airer, 2 heaters, smoke alarm, 2 mountain bikes.
Bed linen, towels (bath, hand and t-towels) are provided. Beach towels can be provided for an additional laundry charge.
No smoking in the apartment, smoking permitted on the patio area. No pets.
There is a communal pool, situated to the rear of the property.
Parking is available on the road.
You are a short walk to two supermarkets; Consum and MaxCoop. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including Via Park 3 commercial centre with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese and Indian restaurant a Quicksave supermarket and the Post Room which offers internet access. You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has Chinese, Indian, English and Italian restaurants and there is a very nice Spanish restaurant Patio Andaluz.
Punta Prima beach would be about a 20 minute walk.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park, there is horse-riding and jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
A car would be recommended, but not essential.
Alicante airport is approximately 35 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 25 minutes drive.
There is bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly. During July and August there is an hourly bus service to the local beaches. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside the Consum supermarket.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a good start!
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Beach towels, travel cot and high chair can be provided at an additional charge.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am an additional late arrival charge will be payable on arrival at the property.
