This 3 bedroom property is situated in the popular area of Zeniamar, phase 3. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

The property is 20-30 minutes walk from the beach. 15-20 minutes walk to Carrefour supermarket, Zeniamar commercial centre is less than 5 minutes walk.

This property has air conditioning units (hot/cold air) in the living room and the 3 bedrooms.

The property has a large garden which has been laid to patio and trees, ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining.

Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 2 comfy sofas, 3 occasional tables, unit for television, ceiling fan light, stand alone fan, dining table and 4 chairs.

For entertainment you have a television with English channels and a stereo (please bring your own CD's).

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and electric oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and utensils. The galleria area to the side of the kitchen has the water heater and washing machine.

There is a shower room on the ground floor with large shower, toilet, sink, mirror with lights.

All the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor;

Double bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 3 drawers, 2 bedside lights, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and hot and cold air conditioning.

The twin bedroom has bedside cabinet with drawers, bedside lamp, hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fan light and fitted wardrobe. This bedroom also has a flat screen television and DVD player (please note there are no English TV channels in this bedroom).

The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, hot/cold air conditioning, bedside cabinets with drawers, bedside lamps, rail for hanging clothes and patio doors that lead out to the balcony. Large windows with blinds and voiles.

The main bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and bidet.

    Playa Flamenca commercial centre, approx 20-25 mins walk. This is a large commercial centre with a variety of bars and restaurants, including Temple Bar with the Blues brothers, several Chinese restaurants, pizzeria, Diva’s Indian (as seen on TV), Hungarian, Irish and Scottish bars, Spud Murphy’s and King Kod Fish and Chips.

    Abbey Tavern pub and Gama English supermarket, approx 15-20 mins walk.

    Emerald Isle with live nighlightly entertainment in the summer approx 25-30 mins walk.

    Nearest beach is approx a 30 minute walk.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of free underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking (walking distance).

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha nightclub) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (0034) 96 676 1088.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Playing golf? We can arrange transport to and from the golf courses for you and your party.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    There are 2 bikes and a table tennis table at the property, they are not for the use of guests and are not included in the rental cost.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    Departure time is 10.00am. If no-one is accommodating the property on the day of your departure, you maybe able to leave the property up until 17.00hrs.

    If you want to guarantee a later departure time we would suggest you book an additional night. You can then depart the property anytime up until 22.00hrs on the day of your departure.
