This apartment is located in the prestigious area of Zeniamar, with its palm lined avenues. This is a 1st floor apartment and overlooks the communal swimming pool.
The air-conditioned living/dining room has a 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden coffee table, wall unit, table lamp, pictures, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
For entertainment you have a Television with English channels. There is also a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's) and stereo/CD system (please bring your own CD's). There are a couple of books, games including a glass chess set.
Off of the living/dining room you have a large balcony with patio table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink overlooking the grassed, pool area.
The master bedroom, has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe with hangers and drawers, 2 bedside chest of drawers, 2 lamps, long length mirror, picture, 3 blankets, table top fan.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with hangers, built in chest of drawers, drawers between the beds, lamp, long length mirror, 2 blankets, table top fan.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses.
The fully tiled main bathroom has a sink, vanity unit with drawers and cupboard space, mirror with lights, bath with over the bath shower, bidet and toilet.
The washing machine and hot water heater is located in the galleria area off of the kitchen.
Up the stairs you have the relaxing sunroom with a sofabed, wooden coffee table and stereo. This room can either be used as an additional bedroom (with an en-suite room containing a fully tiled shower with curtain, sink, vanity unit with mirror and toilet or as a room to sit and relax with a glass of wine.
Whilst sitting with your sangria or wine you can have the patio doors open that lead out onto the roof solarium which boasts all day sunshine and has 2 sunloungers, 2 chairs, bench and table. There is an external shower under which you can cool off from the midday sun.
Additional items in the property; safe, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
The air-conditioning in the living room is an optional extra and provides both cold and hot air.
The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided as standard.
There is a large shaped swimming pool with grass area for sunbathing and palm trees.
Parking is available a very short walk away from the apartment.
No smoking in the apartment, no pets. Smoking allowed on balcony or roof solarium Only.

Carrefour supermarket, approx 15 mins walk.
Citrus complex with The Friendly Bar, Tropicana, Poco Loco, Wok Buffet and other eating/drink establishments approx 10 mins walk.
Playa Flamenca commercial centre, approx 20-25 mins walk. This is a large commercial centre with a variety of bars and restaurants, including Temple Bar with the Blues brothers, several Chinese restaurants, pizzeria, Diva’s Indian (as seen on TV), Hungarian, Irish and Scottish bars, Spud Murphy’s and King Kod Fish and Chips.
Abbey Tavern pub and Gama English supermarket, approx 15 mins walk.
Emerald Isle with live nighlightly entertainment in the summer approx 25 mins walk.
Nearest beach is approx a 30 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.
Short driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds at Punta Marina commercial centre and Burgerking is located in Playa Flamenca.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Oz (was Pacha) nightclub is situated opposite the water park.
If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 10 mins drive.
Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
A little further afield ….
The historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive.
Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.
1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 10 minute walk.
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport …
A car is advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you don’t want to drive from the airport.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
