This apartment is located in the prestigious area of Zeniamar, with its palm lined avenues. This is a luxury ground floor apartment, of a 2 storey building and overlooks the communal swimming pool.
The apartment has a patio area with table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs and small garden with plants. To the front of the property there is an area with grass, flowers and a pathway. The property overlooks the communal pool which has a separate children's section and landscaped gardens. The living room and both bedrooms have views of the pool.
The main door is a steel security door and leads into the living/dining room which has air-conditioning (optional).
There are two 2 seater sofas, wall unit, flat screen television with English TV channels, DVD player (please take your own DVD’s), coffee table, occasional table with lamp, dining table and 4 chairs.
The master bedroom has 2 single beds, (which can be pushed together) 2 bedside cabinets with 3 drawers in each, bedside lamps, fitted wardrobes, hangers, a fan and a chest of drawers, there is a fully tiled en-suite bathroom comprising sink with vanity unit, mirror with lighting, toilet, bidet, bath and over the bath shower.
The second bedroom also has 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, bedside lamp, fitted wardrobes, hangers, a fan and chest of drawers.
The main bathroom is fully tiled with sink and vanity unit, mirror with lighting, toilet and shower cubicle.
The fully fitted kitchen contains sink, large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob and oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
The galleria, which is off of the kitchen has a washing machine, sink and the hot water heater.
The apartment also has a hairdryer, alarm clock, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival and on your departure, bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided.
A car is recommended, there is no parking immediately outside of the apartment as each property looks onto the pool, parking is available a very short walk away.
The property is located inside a gated complex.
No smoking in the apartment, no pets.
The apartment is suitable for families, golfers, couples and elderly.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes, Murcia airport is 30 minutes drive.

Carrefour supermarket, approx 15 mins walk.
Citrus complex with The Tropicana, The Friendly Bar, White Rose, Wok Buffet, Poco Loco, Todo Loco, Indian restaurant approx 10 mins walk.
Playa Flamenca commercial centre, approx 20-25 mins walk. This is a large commercial centre with a variety of bars and restaurants, including Temple Bar with the Blues brothers, several Chinese restaurants, pizzeria, Diva’s Indian (as seen on TV), Hungarian, Irish and Scottish bars, Spud Murphy’s and King Kod Fish and Chips.
Abbey Tavern pub and Gama English supermarket, approx 15 mins walk.
Emerald Isle with live nighlightly entertainment in the summer approx 25 mins walk.
Nearest beach is approx a 30 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Short driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are less than 5 mins drive.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated opposite the water park.
If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 10 mins drive.
Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
A little further afield ….
The historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive.
Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.
1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 10 minute walk.
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport …
A car is advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you don’t want to drive from the airport.

Golf Break?
We can arrange transfers from Murcia or Alicante airport to the property and then collection at the property to the golf courses with return back to the property when you have played your game.

Additional Information
Air conditioning, in the living room, is an optional extra and priced at £20.00 per week, if required.
Air conditioning available at an additional charge, if required.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices.
Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
