This apartment is located in the prestigious area of Zeniamar, with its palm lined avenues. This is a luxury 1st floor apartment, brand new in 2007 and overlooks the communal swimming pool. It is located in an area that the World Health Organisation rate as one of the healthiest places in the world due to the combination of 320 days of annual sunshine and the benefits of the nearby salt lakes.

Property comprises; Living/dining room, kitchen, galleria area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, sunroom, balcony, roof solarium. English tv channels, air conditioning.

The air-conditioned living/dining room has a 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden coffee table, wooden occasional table, wall unit, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.

For entertainment you have a Television with English channels. A DVD player is also available (please bring your own DVD's) and stereo/CD system (please bring your own CD's).

Off of the living/dining room you have a large balcony with glass patio table and 6 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink overlooking the grassed, pool area and jacuzzi's. The balcony has a wall mounted extending awning so can shade the entire balcony area if required.

The air-conditioned master bedroom, has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, 2 bedside chest of drawers, 2 lamps, chair, headboard, blankets, pillows.

The air-conditioned second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with built in chest of drawers, headboards, chest of drawers between the beds, lamp, roller blind, blankets, 2 pillows are available for each bed if required.

The fully tiled main bathroom has 2 sinks, vanity unit with drawers and cupboard space, large mirror with lights, bath with over the bath shower, bidet, toilet and electric wall heater for the winter months.

The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, cafetiere, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses.

The washing machine and hot water heater is located in the galleria area off of the kitchen.

Up the stairs you have the relaxing sunroom with a sofabed and wooden coffee table. This room can either be used as an additional bedroom (with an en-suite room containing a fully tiled shower with surround, sink, vanity unit with mirror, toilet and wall mounted heater for the winter months) or as a room to sit and relax with a glass of wine.

Whilst sitting with your sangria or wine you can have the patio doors open that lead out onto the roof solarium which boasts all day sunshine and has 2 sunloungers, 2 relaxing chairs, plastic patio table and 6 chairs, parasol and base, plus an external shower under which you can cool off from the midday sun.

Additional items in the property; safe, hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board, vacuum.

The air-conditioning is an optional extra and provides both cold and hot air.

The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided as standard.

There is a large shaped swimming pool with grass area for sunbathing and palm trees. There are also 2 jacuzzi's for your use.

Parking is available a very short walk away from the apartment which has secure gated access. There is no parking immediately outside of the apartment as each property looks onto the pool.

No smoking in the apartment, no pets.

This luxury apartment is suitable for families, golfers, couples and elderly.

A car is recommended to explore the local area.

    Citrus complex with The Friendly Bar, Wok Buffet, Tropicana, Poco Loco and other eating/drink establishments approx 10 mins walk.

    Playa Flamenca commercial centre, approx 20-25 mins walk. This is a large commercial centre with a variety of bars and restaurants, including Temple Bar with the Blues brothers, several Chinese restaurants, pizzeria, Diva’s Indian (as seen on TV), Hungarian, Irish and Scottish bars, Spud Murphy’s and King Kod Fish and Chips.

    Abbey Tavern pub and Gama English supermarket, approx 15 mins walk.

    Emerald Isle with live nighlightly entertainment in the summer approx 25 mins walk.

    Nearest beach is approx a 30 minute walk.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Short driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds (Punta Marina Commercial Centre) and Burgerking (Playa Flamenca), are less than 5 minutes drive.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.

    Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated opposite the water park.

    If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 10 mins drive.

    Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    A little further afield ….

    The historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive.

    Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.

    1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.

    Markets ….

    There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 10 minute walk.

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    A car is advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    Car hire with airport transfer can be organised, on booking, if required.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
