This apartment is located in the prestigious area of Zeniamar, with its palm lined avenues. The property overlooks the communal swimming pool, communal jacuzzi's and gardens.
This property has air conditioning, living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, main bathroom, shower room, balcony, roof solarium, sun room, communal pool and 2 jacuzzis.
The air-conditioned living/dining room has a 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden coffee table, wooden occasional table, mirror, wall unit, floor standing fan, table lamp, floor standing lamp, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
For entertainment you have a Television with English channels and a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's).
Off of the living/dining room you have a large balcony with patio table and 4 collapsible chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink overlooking the grassed pool area and 2 jacuzzi's. The balcony also has an awning for shade.
The air-conditioned master bedroom, has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, 2 bedside chest of drawers, 2 lamps, curtains and chair.
The air-conditioned second bedroom also has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe with built in chest of drawers, 2 chest of drawers, 2 lamps, chair, roller blind.
The fully tiled main bathroom has 2 sinks, vanity unit with drawers and cupboard space, large mirror with lights, bath with over the bath shower, bidet, toilet and electric wall heater for the winter months.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses.
The hot water heater is located in the galleria area off of the kitchen with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer (winter use for tumble dryer only).
Up the stairs you have the relaxing air conditioned sunroom with a sofa, wooden coffee table, unit with drawers, lamp and television (Spanish channels only - you can bring a playstation/Wii/xbox etc with you and use on this television).
There is a shower room with a fully tiled shower, sink, vanity unit with mirror, toilet and wall mounted heater for the winter months.
Whilst sitting with your sangria or wine you can have the patio doors open that lead out onto the roof solarium which boasts all day sunshine and has 2 sunloungers, table and 4 chairs, plus an external shower under which you can cool off from the midday sun.
Additional items in the property; hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
The air-conditioning is an optional extra and provides both cold and hot air.
The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided as standard.
There is a large shaped swimming pool with grass area for sunbathing and palm trees. There are also 2 jacuzzi's for your use.
Parking is available a very short walk away from the apartment. The apartment is in a gated complex. There is no parking immediately outside of the apartment as the property looks onto the pool.
No smoking in the apartment, no pets.

Citrus complex with The Tropicana, The Friendly Bar, White Rose, Wok Buffet, Poco Loco, Indian restaurant approx 10 mins walk.
Playa Flamenca commercial centre, approx 20-25 mins walk. This is a large commercial centre with a variety of bars and restaurants, including Temple Bar with the Blues brothers, several Chinese restaurants, pizzeria, Diva’s Indian (as seen on TV), Hungarian, Irish and Scottish bars, Spud Murphy’s and King Kod Fish and Chips.
Abbey Tavern pub and Gama English supermarket, approx 15 mins walk.
Emerald Isle with live nighlightly entertainment in the summer approx 25 mins walk.
Nearest beach is approx a 30 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Short driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are less than 5 mins drive.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated opposite the water park.
If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 10 mins drive.
Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
A little further afield ….
The historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive.
Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.
1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 10 minute walk.
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport …
A car is advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you don’t want to drive from the airport.

Golf Break?
We can arrange transfers from Murcia or Alicante airport to the property and then collection at the property to the golf courses with return back to the property when you have played your game.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
