This is a Southerly facing ground floor apartment, located inside the gated complex of the smaller urbanisation of La Cinuelica residencial, R16.

From the patio 2 stairs take you up to the balcony, ideal area for al fresco dining.

The apartment has a living/dining room, fully tiled kitchen, tiled bathroom, tiled en-suite shower room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, balcony, 2 patio areas. Air conditioning in the living room. English and Scandinavian TV channels. Wi-Fi. Use of communal pool, table tennis and seating area.

The patio and porch area are ideal for al fresco dining or just relaxing.

The living/dining room has a three seater sofa and 2 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, wooden wall unit, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen television with English and Scandinavian TV channels, hi-fi, air conditioning (optional).

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and electric ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a door leading out to the enclosed galleria area with hot water heater and washing machine, this area can also be used for seating. The rear glass doors takes you to the second patio area with outside table and chairs.

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, ceiling fan light. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet, sink, mirror with lights, shower tray and shower curtain.

There is a long length mirror opposite the bathroom door (before the double bedroom door).

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with drawers, chest of drawers, ceiling fan light.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.

The communal pool has a children's shallow area.

Opposite the communal pool you have a communal area with seating and table tennis table (please bring your own table tennis bats and ball).

Bed linen, and towels are provided. (Beach/pool towels can be provided if required).

No smoking in the property. No pets. No teenage groups.

The property is unsuitable for wheelchair access. There is one step from the communal path to the patio and 2 steps that lead up to the front door from the patio.

Parking on the one way quiet road to the side of the property.

The property has air conditioning (hot/cold air) in the living room (optional extra charge if required).

    Several supermarkets including; Costablanca Supermercados and Carrefour (closest supermarkets to this property - less than 5 min walk), Consum (2 Consum supermarkets in walking distance).

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance:

    Zeniamar Commercial centre 5 min walk: Central Grill, Blarneystone pub.

    Luna Rossa, Italian restaurant, less than 5 minutes walk.

    Citrus Centre - 10 min walk: Friendly Bar, Yummies take away (you can also eat Yummies food at the Friendly Bar), Tropicana Bar and Grill, White Rose restaurant, Racin Toast II, Stumble Inn. Eden Restaurant, Fig and Olive Restaurant, The Cavern Bar.

    La Florida, approximately 15 mins walk you have The Abbey Tavern Irish pub, The Local pub with entertainment, Waldemars, Mumbai Blue Indian restaurant.

    The Emerald Isle with nightly summer entertainment, about 20-25 mins walk.

    Playa Flamenca Commercial centre approximately 15 mins walk is a large commercial centre with a mix of restaurants; Papaya Tree, Leonardo Ristorante, Semana 8 Chinese restaurant, Spud Murphy's fish and chips, Bar Zai House Thai, Shakira Indian restaurant. Just a few of the bars; Hermanos Sports Bar, Celtic Drop (nightly entertainment), Legends, Sports Bar.

    La Mosca commercial centre, approx 15 mins walk, has a large Supercor supermarket, Sunrise restaurant and mini golf course on the roof.

    Via Park 3, 30 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant. Several English bars, Spanish bar, pharmacy, hairdressers and the Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 35-45 minute walk, more bars and restaurants.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima (15-20 mins walk), which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, Roka Chinese, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

    Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex (20 mins walk) you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a supermarket, Consum, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, newspaper/card shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.

    The sandy beach of Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca are closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) both have a beach bar during the summer months.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 5-10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

    Located at La Zenia (approx 20-30 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children’s ball park, Burger King, Foster’s Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Good Rices (Pizza and paellas), Argentinian restaurant, Wok Centre and a Children’s play area. Put on your walking shoes - its a lovely commercial centre. Some evenings they hold entertainment in the square – further details can be found on their website.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays during the winter when the supermarkets are closed (Shops open on Sundays from 15 June excluding Easter).

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.


    The rear galleria area has been enclosed and can be an ideal seating area.

    Arrival time is after 16.00hrs. If we have no-one departing the property on the day of your arrival you maybe able to have access from 12.00noon.

    Departure time is 10.00am. If no-one is accommodating the property on the day of your departure, you maybe able to leave the property up until 17.00hrs.

    If you want to guarantee a later departure time we would suggest you book an additional night. You can then depart the property anytime up until 22.00hrs on the day of your departure.
