The Southerly facing apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold). A staircase takes you to the property with a gate door onto the balcony area which has a table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass (or two!) of local sangria or beer. From the balcony you have a nice view of the sea and the communal swimming pool. Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with views of the sea, 2 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 4 dining chairs, information pack. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
