This 2 or 4 bedroom South facing villa is situated in the popular area of Los Altos. Just a few mins walking distance from the Terraza Spanish bar, Spanish pizzeria, newsagents, bus stop and pharmacy.

The property has a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, large decking area for al fresco dining. There are 2 separate bedrooms on the 1st floor along with a shower room and large seating or sunbathing area.

The property can accommodate up to 4 people in the villa and has 2 additional bedrooms on the 1st floor which can be booked in addition to the villa making the property available for up to 7 people.

Through the front door you have the air-conditioned dining/living room with dining table and 6 chairs, corner sofa, coffee table, 2 mirrors, Television with German and Spanish channels (NO English channels), DVD player, a small selection of DVD's (please bring your own), stereo, small selection of CD's (please bring your own). There are a selection of reading books.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, washing machine, sink crockery and cutlery.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, 2 pictures, alarm clock, 2 blankets, ceiling fan.

The second bedroom has bunk beds, portable TV with German channels. If you have a playstation you can bring and connect to this television. Chest of drawers, blankets, floor standing fan, picture.

The bathroom has a bath, sink with vanity unit, mirror and toilet.

Up the external stairs you have a large seating area ideal for al fresco dining or sunbathing and 2 additional bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with drawers, lamps, wardrobe, blankets, floor standing fan, television.

The second bedroom has a single bed, sofa, ceiling fan, bedside cabinet with light and wardrobe, 3 pictures.

There is a shower room with enclosed shower, toilet and sink.

Additional items: Ashtrays (outside use only), 2 clothes airers, 2 hairdryers, 2 heaters, iron, ironing board, 3 parasols, 2 sunloungers, vacuum.

There is a communal swimming pool and grass area situated near the property.

Parking is available on the road.

The property is on the inside of the complex so there is no road noise.

The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).

Non-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No pets.

Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.

Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Mas y Mas supermarket. Terraza Spanish bar which sells tapas and in the summer has a Spanish singer, and has got a great atmosphere - not many English frequent this bar. Altomar restaurant with a vast menu. Newsagents, hairdressers, launderette. The bus stop is outside of the newsagents and will take you into Torrevieja.

    The Mercadona supermarket is about 15 minutes walk. The Eroski supermarket along with bars, restaurants (Amigos bar, Captain's Table restaurant, Wok Buffet Chinese, Greta Garbos A la Carte) also about 15 minutes walk.

    Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurants, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Liberty's, Lime Bar, a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room, English hairdressers and the Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 25-30 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar, approx 15 mins walk.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week - a night not to be missed.

    Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 10 minutes walk, holds a quiz on a Friday evening and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

    Go-karting on the N332 is about a 30 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.

    Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is easy.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

    We can also provide airport transfer with car hire, enabling you to hire a smaller vehicle as you don't need to transport your luggage from the airport.

    Additional Information

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

    We do not charge you an additional cost the clean on your departure, unlike many operators.
