There is a large 13sq metre south facing balcony at the front and a 27sq metre sun terrace on the roof.
The apartment is the end apartment on the top floor of a three storey block, access is by steps.
Living Room - TV with 14 English channels, sofa, stand alone fan.
Two bedrooms - 1 double bed and the other room has 2 single beds. A sofa bed is in the lounge and will sleep an additional 2 people.
Kitchen - Complete with fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom - bath with shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin.
The apartment overlooks a paved area and 2 communal swimming pools.
Beaches, bars, supermarkets and golf courses are within easy reach.
Ideally situated just outside the town, and about 1km from the main Alicante-Cartagena road (N332). Many beaches are nearby; La Zenia, Captains Beach, Cabo Roig.
Golfers are well catered for with 4 courses nearby; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamar and La Finca.
Further afield is Mosa Trajectum with a 9 hole challenge course, and an 18 hold championship course, and the new development at La Manga.
