This 2 bedroom air conditioned townhouse is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 15. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

The property is 15-20 minutes walk from the beach. 5 minutes walk to Mercadona supermarket, within 15 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.

There is a garden which is laid to small stones. Steps take you up to the balcony area .

Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 2 sofas, wooden coffee table, sideboard, wall mounted television, English TV channels. DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), portable stereo, pictures, lamp, ceiling fan light, dining table and 4 dining chairs, information pack.

Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises large fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, electric ceramic hob, hot water heater, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

There is a downstairs wc with toilet, sink and mirror with lights.

Up the stairs ...

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers in each, 2 lamps, picture, fitted wardrobe with hangers. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony, ideal area for that last glass of local sangria before bedtime!

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, pictures, long length mirror and lamp.

The bathroom has a mirror with lights, sink, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over.

Is the private roof solarium, with 4 fold up chairs, table, 2 sun chairs, clothes airer and pegs.

Parking is available on the road near the property or in the underground car park.

There are 2 communal pools, you can see the pools from the roof solarium.

Additional items in the property: safe, iron, ironing board.

The property is cleaned on your departure.

Bed linen and 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person are provided.

Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.

The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers. Due to the stairs leading up to the property and bedrooms located on the 1st floor it is not suitable for wheelchairs or for people who find using stairs difficult.

Pets are not allowed, the townhouse is non-smoking, smoking is permitted on the balcony areas or roof solarium only.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.

Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

    The Area

    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl, Aldi.

    Carrefour is the closest supermarket to this property, about 10 mins walk.

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Shivuum Indian restaurant, Liberty’s Bar and grill. Several English bars, including Damo’s, Angel's Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Stallions, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

    Zeniamar Commercial centre, 5 mins walk with Blarneystone Irish pub, Central Grill, tapas bar and English hairdressers.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Roberto’s. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

    Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There is also a supermarket, Consum, Shoe b Shoe (shoe shop), pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Playing golf? We can arrange transfers from either Alicante or Murcia airport and your transport to and from the golf courses.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.

    Nautilus Restaurant, Punta Prima. About 15-20 mins walk. There is a small sandy beach next to the restaurant.
