Due to the stairs leading up to the property and bedrooms located on the 1st floor it is not suitable for wheelchairs or for people who find using stairs difficult. There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
