This studio apartment is located centrally in Torrvieja on Avenida de las Habaneras. Many bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep.
The property has a living area with sofa bed, kitchen area, bathroom, balcony and communal pool.
Situated on the second floor, access via lift or stairs. The living area comprises sofa bed, television and DVD player, wooden dining table and chairs, patio doors leading out to the balcony.
The kitchen area can be closed with doors and has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 2 ring hob, washing machine, sink, kettle, toaster.
The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet and sink.
There is a communal pool, which you have a view of from the balcony.
Bed linen and 2 towels will be provided.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Beach/pool towels available at an additional charge.
No smoking in the property, no pets.
Parking available in the streets close to the property.
Market day is Friday, this property is located at the edge of the market, therefore no arrivals or departures in the hours up to 16.00 on any Friday.
Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine on your arrival.

The Area
Mercadona supermarket is a 10 minute walk from the property.
Variety of bars and restaurants within very easy walking distance.
Beaches are a 15 minute walk.
The bus station is a 15 minute walk.
Every Friday there is a market and the property is situated at the edge of the market.
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 15-20 mins drive.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 5 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 5 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 5 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
A car is not essential when staying at this property.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 40 minutes drive.
Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week. Friday no arrivals or departures will be permitted during the hours up to 16.00.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A grocery pack can be provided for your arrival, details of items and prices on the booking form.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
Euros accepted, please e-mail for price.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
There are no additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday, unlike many operators.
