This property is a 2 bedroom terraced townhouse located at Residencial La Cinuelica, R15 Los Altos.

There is a tiled porch area at the front of the property for al fresco dining.

Property has cold/hot air-conditioning throughout (if required).

The living/dining room has a three seater sofa and a 2.5 seater sofa bed, sideboard, wooden coffee table, occasional table, wall unit with ornaments, lamp, stereo, television with English channels, DVD player, 2 ceiling fan lights, coasters, wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.

There is a downstairs shower-room with shower tray and curtain, sink, mirror and window.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers and 2 hanging storage units, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers, 2 bedside lamps, ceiling fan light, mirror and 2 blankets for the winter.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers and 2 hanging storage units, 1 bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, a bedside lamp, ceiling fan light, mirror. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.

Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the roof solarium which has views of the surrounding area and the sea.

There are 8 patio chairs, 1 large patio table, 2 small patio tables, 2 sunloungers, parasol and base that can be used on the porch area, balcony off of the second bedroom or on the roof terrace.

Additional items: safe, clothes airer, iron, ironing board, torch.

The property has the use of 2 communal pools, with lifeguard in the summer, which are located to the rear of the property along with the large gardens.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

No smoking in the property. No pets.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs due to the 2 steps leading up to the property and the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.

Parking is available on the road outside the property or in the underground car park.

Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals when the shops are not open.

    The Area

    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Several supermarkets including; 2 x Consum, Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi.

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Ghandi Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Damos Irish Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre along with a Wok Buffet (Chinese eat as much as you like), McDonalds, La Piazza II Italian and a Subway. Shops include; electrical, pharmacy, cosmetics, shoe and newsagents.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds at Punta Marina Commercial centre and Burgerking just off the N332 at Playa Flamenca.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    Airport transfer with car hire can be organised, on booking, if required, very reasonable rates.

    Additional Information

    Hot/cold air conditioning is available and priced at £25.00 per week if required.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
