This 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in Silene 1, Punta Prima. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

The property is 20 minutes walk from the beach. 10 minutes walk to Carrefour supermarket and the bars and restaurants of Zeniamar and Punta Marina commercial centres.

This is a very well equipped ground floor apartment and comprises; Living/dining room, large kitchen, galleria area, double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, shower room, en-suite shower room, patio and garden, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, English and Spanish TV channels, use of communal infinity pool, jacuzzi and communal garden. This is a ground floor apartment with no stairs, so ideal for elderly or infirm, or people who have difficulty with stairs.

The property has a sheltered tiled patio area ideal for al fresco dining and a garden area with plants.

The living/dining room has a sofa and matching armchair, glass coffee table, unit with flat screen LG television with English and Spanish tv channels (provided via Wi-Fi service), uplighter lamp, extendable glass dining table and 6 dining chairs.

The large fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils. The galleria area next to the kitchen has the water heater and washing machine.

There is a shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

The property is suitable for families and golfers. Due to it being a ground floor property with no steps, it is an ideal property for elderly or who have trouble with stairs.

Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside on the patio area only. No teenage groups.

The property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

    Several supermarkets including; Carrefour (on the N332 next to the Cepsa petrol station), Consum (there are 2 - one situated in Los Altos the other on the N332 at the Punta Marina Commercial centre), large Lidl (on the N332 near Burger King), Aldi (past Via Park 3 in Los Altos).

    Nearest supermarket is Consum at the Punta Marina commercial centre (approx 10 min walk).

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance ....

    Punta Marina commercial centre you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II pizzeria restaurant, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. Princess Lounge Bar. Consum supermarket, shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, Timeless Fashions English clothes shop, Big Mens Casuals, hairdressers, currency exchange, card/greeting shop, petrol station and McDonalds.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant (located next to McDonalds at the Punta Marina commercial centre) has lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

    Punta Prima, approx 10 mins walk, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

    Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant, CK1 cafe bar, Kalimotxo (Spanish bar/tapas), Daves Bar II. Several English bars, including Macklin's Welcome Inn (pool tables, snooker table and dart board) Doolan’s Irish pub, Lime Bar, Bar Next Door (pool table). Treat Yourself (hairdressers) The Post Room which offers internet access and computer services. Pharmacy.

    Via Park 5, 25-30 minute walk with more bars and restaurants (near to Via Park 3).

    The beach of Punta Prima (by the Nautilus restaurant) is closest to the property (approx 20 minutes walk) and has beach bars (in Spanish chiringuitos) during the summer months (Sunrise and Bola Bola).

    Go-karting on the N332 is approximately a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment is approximately 15 minutes walk.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    Approximately 5 mins drive (about 35 min walk) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, mobile phone shops, florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, restaurants, cafes, children's play area, El Campo supermarket and petrol station and much much more - put on your walking shoes - its a lovely commercial centre.

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20-25 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Campo de Golf Villamartin is approximately 10-15 mins drive. Real Club Campoamor is approximately 15-20 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10-15 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with wooden market stalls/huts, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and look inside the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10-15 minute drive of the property; Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Mil Palmeras, Los Naufragos, La Mata.

    Centro Comercial Habaneras (shopping centre), approximately 10-15 minutes drive, has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking.

    The Ozone complex with ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10-15 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds (7 mins walk or 3 min drive), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca (15-20 min walk or 3 min drive).

    Aquopolis water park at Torrevieja is open between June and September. Oz nightclub is situated near the water park. Both approx 8-10 mins drive.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are;

    Playa Flamenca on Calle Nicolas de Bussi on a Saturday, approximately 25-30 minute walk (6 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market held in the streets of Torrevieja on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area. Stalls can be found on/around Av de las Habaneras near the bus station (approx 10-15 mins drive).

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive (50km), Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive (28km).

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates (book cars early to avoid disappointment).

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    Arrival time is after 16.00hrs. If we have no-one departing the property on the day of your arrival you maybe able to have access from 12.00noon.

    Departure time is 10.00am. If no-one is accommodating the property on the day of your departure, you maybe able to leave the property up until 17.00hrs.

    If you want to guarantee a later departure time we would suggest you book an additional night. You can then depart the property anytime up until 22.00hrs on the day of your departure.
