This 2 bedroom ground floor property is situated at Dream Hills 1, Los Altos. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

The property is a 5 minute walk to Via Park 5 commercial complex with its bars and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Via Park 3 with more bars, restaurants and English supermarket. 10 mins walk to the "beach" bus stop, 15-20 mins to the bus stop for "Torrevieja".

The apartment has a living/dining room with air conditioning, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and sunny aspect.

    Supermarkets including; Quicksave English supermarket, 10 minutes walk. Consum supermarket, 15 minutes walk. Mercadona supermarket, 20-25 minutes walk.

    There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 5, which is a 5 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants.

    Via Park 3 with more bars, restaurants, English supermarket, internet cafe.

    Emerald Isle pub which has nightly entertainment during the summer is about 15-20 minutes walk.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular) and is about a 35-40 minute walk.

    Also at the Punta Prima Commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, Captain's Table fish and chip shop, Subway. There is also a supermarket; Eroski. Electrical shop, English clothes shop and hire centre. Card shop and newsagents and a Petrol station.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 35 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    There is a local bus that will take you to the beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig.

    Go-karting on the N332 is approx a 30 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are 8-10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There is a bus service to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    A car would be recommended when staying at this property.

    Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Air conditioning included in rental price.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival.

    Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

    There are no additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday, unlike many operators.
