This 4th floor apartment is situated in Torrevieja town on Avenida Diego Ramirez. The property has a kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, shower-room and terrace.

This apartment is well situated in Torrevieja, is in short walking distance to the Nations Park, Las Habaneras shopping centre, Ozone leisure complex, harbour, shops and beaches.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and accessible either by stairs or 2 lifts.

The property has a fully tiled, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric ceramic hob and oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils.

The living room has a sofa, wooden coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, wall unit, TV with Spanish channels, (NO English TV channels). Doors open onto the terrace which overlooks the front of the building.

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, lamp and fitted wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower (NO bath).

Additional items in the property include, 2 fold up chairs, 4 collapsible sunloungers, a freestanding fan.

The property is cleaned on your departure.

Bed linen and towels are provided. (not beach pool towels - these can be provided for an additional laundry charge).

The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly (2 lifts available).

Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

The communal pool is NOT viewable from the terrace. There is a large outside area around the pool where you can sunbath and watch your children.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Walking distance from the property you have ….

The Nations Park with its lawned areas, water features, childrens play area and seating.

Las Habaneras shopping centre including C&A, Zara, Bookworld etc would be approx 30 mins walk.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, Spanish cinema, various restaurants (inc KFC) would be a 30 min walk.

Aquapolis water park, pitch and putt approx 35-40 mins walk.

Not to be missed is the Friday street market, which is one of the largest in Spain, and is in walking distance of the apartment. It sells everything you can imagine.

The harbour, nightly funfair, craft stalls are approximately 20 mins walking distance.

Variety of restaurants and bars all in short walking distance.

Driving distance ....

Villamartin golf club, Royal Campoamor golf club, Las Ramblas golf club and La Finca (Algorfa) are a short drive away (approx 20-25 mins).

Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 35km.

Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 45km.

Benidorm, where you will also find “Terra Mitca” theme park – which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 75km.

Approx 40km from Alicante or Murcia airport.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further. Parking on the road.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

Additional Information

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

No additional charges for the cleaning of the property at the end of your holiday.
