This spacious luxury alarmed apartment, with hot and cold air-conditioning throughout is situated in a gated complex at La Recoleta, Punta Prima, just a few mins walk from the sea.
The property is situated in block 4 and comprises, living/dining room, large tiled fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, galleria area and balcony which overlooks one of the swimming pools and gardens.
The living/dining room comprises 2 leather sofas, one is a double sofa-bed, wooden unit, large wooden coffee table, wooden dining table and 6 chairs, floor standing lamp and pictures.
Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with patio table and chairs, enjoying your meals or the glass of Sangria, wine or beer overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, so relaxing.
For entertainment you have a television with English TV channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Sky One, Sky News, UK Gold etc, approx 30 viewing channels in total and 13 radio channels). DVD player.
The large fitted kitchen with lots of working space has a large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The galleria area which is located through a glass door houses the water heater and washing machine.
The property has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, chest of drawers, 2 lamps, 2 uplighters, large fitted wardrobe with hangers, large window with curtains looking out onto one of the communal pools and gardens. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, over the bath shower, 2 sinks, large mirror, toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with drawers, lamp, uplighter lighting, window with curtains that looks out onto one of the communal pools and gardens.
Bed linen, 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person will be provided. Beach towels can be provided when booking at an additional laundry charge.
This is a no smoking apartment. No pets.
Parking is available on the road outside the complex.
There are several communal swimming pools with gardens.

Punta Prima Restaurant, Spanish restaurant overlooking Punta Prima beach.
Newsagents selling papers, tobacco, magazines, beach toys etc - Colin y Jane.
Next to the newsagents you have Los Orlas restaurant and bar.
Punta Prima Commercial Centre with Plus and Eroski supermarkets, Wok buffet Chinese restaurant, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, Subway sandwich bar, Amgigos coffee shop and of course Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with its Flamenco dancing 3 nights a week (during the summer).
Dinastia Chinese and Japanese restaurant is also in short walking distance as is Rogues carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini's Italian, Gandhi Indian, a Chinese and German restaurants.
Also in walking distance you have Mercadona, Mas y Mas and Carrefour supermarkets, Astaurius Spanish restaurant and the Go-kart track.
Punta Prima beach is a short walking distance.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment; La Mata, Los Neufragos, Playa Cura, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. The shallow waters of Lo Pagan with its mud flaps (bask in mud!) is approx 15 mins drive.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive.
A car is recommended, but not essential. Parking available in the underground car park or on the road.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required.
We can also arrange car hire.
If you do not want to drive from the airport but require car hire then we can arrange collection at either airport for you and your guests and a car can be arranged when you get to the property.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
The bus service to Torrevieja is hourly, and the bus stop is outside the newspaper shop.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
This is a fantastic apartment, well situated and very well furnished. A property we are sure you will return to again and again and tell all your friends at home about.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
