This spacious luxury apartment, with hot and cold air-conditioning throughout is situated in a gated complex at La Recoleta, Punta Prima, just a few mins walk from the sea.
The property is situated on the 3rd floor in block 9 and comprises, living/dining room, tiled fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom, shower room, balcony with sea view, Utility area.
The living/dining room has 2 sofas with cushions, wall unit, ornaments, glass dining table, 6 chairs, a floor standing lamp, 2 table lamps, glass coffee table, artificial flowers and pictures.
Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with patio table and 4 chairs, enjoy your meals or a glass of Sangria, wine or beer taking in the sea view. So relaxing.
For entertainment you have a television with English TV channels.
The large fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The utility area which is located through a glass door has the water heater and washing machine with dryer.
The property has 2 bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 lamps, 2 uplighters, large fitted wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers, window with curtains and comfy chair.

This is a no smoking apartment. No pets.
Parking is available on the road outside the complex or in the underground parking space.
There are two communal swimming pools with gardens.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Punta Prima Commercial Centre with Eroski supermarket, Wok buffet Chinese restaurant, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, Subway sandwich bar, Murphys bar, Captain's Table fish restaurant, MacDonalds and of course Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with its Flamenco dancing 3 nights a week (during the summer).
Dinastia Chinese and Japanese restaurant is also in short walking distance as is Rogues carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini's Italian, Gandhi Indian, a Chinese and German restaurants.
Also in walking distance you have Mercadona, and Carrefour supermarkets, Astaurius Spanish restaurant Astaurius and the Go-kart track.
Punta Prima beach is a short walking distance.
Driving distance ...
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment; La Mata, Los Neufragos, Playa Cura, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cala Capitain Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The shallow waters of Lo Pagan with its mud flaps (bask in mud!) is approx 15 mins drive.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive, or you can walk - about 45 mins walk.
A car is recommended, but not essential. Parking available in the underground car park or on the road.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required.
We can also arrange airport transfer with car hire.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
The bus service to Torrevieja is hourly, and the bus stop is outside the newspaper shop.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
