This 1 bedroom property is situated in a gated complex at Los Altos which is located 10 mins drive from Torrevieja town, 45 mins drive from Alicante airport and 30 mins from Murcia airport.
The property has 1 double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area, porch which overlooks the communal pool, roof solarium.
On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, ceiling fan light, floor standing light, standard lamp, radio/cassette player, DVD player, Television with English channels.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric and gas hob (2 rings each), oven, sink, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
There is a washing machine located in the outside locked cupboard.
The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawer and shelves, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 lamps, mirror, pictures, pillows, air-con unit.
The bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror.
The communal pool with children's shallow area is directly opposite the property, next to it the communal garden with trees and grass.
There is an information pack giving full details of places in the surrounding area.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
Non-smoking in the property, smoking permitted on the porch, front of the property and roof solarium. No pets.
Welcome pack available; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5 ltr bottle water, bottle white wine, butter, bread, eggs, jam - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.
Additional items; iron and ironing board, 2 sunloungers.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
You are a short walk to Mas y Mas supermarket.
Altomar Restaurant is a very short walk (pizzas, pastas, fish, meat, burgers). Terraza Bar with tapas is also in very short walking distance of the property.
There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Butterflies tea room, Maddison's Sports Bar a Quicksave English supermarket and the Post Room which has internet access.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has two Chinese restaurants, an Indian restaurant, German restaurant, Rogues carvery, Puccini's Italian restaurant and Patio Andaluz a really nice Spanish restaurant.
Punta Prima beach is about a 20-25 minute walk.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and is a bustling Spanish town with many shops, a long promenade and many restaurants, bars and cafes. On Fridays there is a huge street market and fiestas are a feature during several months of the year. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open May - September), Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
A car would be recommended, but not essential, bus stop is close to the property.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required, or car hire.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
There is a bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly.
There is a bus that will take you to the local beaches. The bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk, behind Mas y Mas supermarket.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
