This 1 bedroom property is situated in a gated complex in Los Altos which is located 10 mins drive from Torrevieja town, 45 mins drive from Alicante airport and 30 mins from Murcia airport.
The property has 1 double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining area, porch which overlooks the communal pool, roof solarium.
On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, ceiling fan light, floor standing light, standard lamp, radio/cassette player, DVD player, Television with English channels.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric and gas hob (2 rings each), oven, sink, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
There is a washing machine located in the outside locked cupboard.
The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawer and shelves, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 lamps, mirror, pictures, pillows.
The bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror.
The communal pool with children's shallow area is directly opposite the property, next to it the communal garden with trees and grass.
There is an information pack giving full details of places in the surrounding area.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
Non-smoking in the property, smoking permitted on the porch, front of the property and roof solarium. No pets.
Grocery packs available for your arrival - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday morning only in the summer.
Additional items; iron and ironing board, 2 sunloungers.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
You are in walking distance to 2 Consum supermarks (both approx 10 mins).
Less than 5 mins walk you have a newsagents who also as internet cafe, pharmacy, launderette, car hire office and the Altomar Restaurant (pizzas, pastas, fish, meat, burgers - we go to this restaurant quite often for eat in or takeaway!).
There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant (Shivuum), Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Liberty's Bar and Grill, Butterflies tea room, Damo's Irish Bar, Lime Bar, Angel's Bar, Rendevous cafe (also sells newspapers) a Quicksave English supermarket and the Post Room which has internet access.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has two Chinese restaurants, an Indian restaurant, German restaurant, Roberto's, Puccini's Italian restaurant.
Punta Marina commercial centre with Patio Andaluz a really nice Spanish restaurant with flamenco dancing during the summer, McDonald's, La Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chips, Chinese restaurant, Wok Buffet (eat as much as you like), Subway, Italian restaurant, cafe and ice cream parlour, pharmacy, English shoe shop, newsagents, petrol station and Consum supermarket.
Punta Prima beach is about a 20-25 minute walk.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and is a bustling Spanish town with many shops, a long promenade and many restaurants, bars and cafes. On Fridays there is a huge street market and fiestas are a feature during several months of the year. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open June - September), Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.
Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
A car would be recommended, but not essential, bus stop is close to the property.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required, or airport transfer with car hire.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
There is a bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly.
There is a bus that will take you to the local beaches.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices.
Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
