The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, electric juicer, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.

The balcony has a patio table and 4 chairs, ideal seating area for those warm summer evenings with your meal or glass of sangria.

The stairs takes you up to the large roof solarium with 4 sunloungers, 2 relaxing chairs, patio table, 4 patio chairs, parasol and base.

The property has 2 bedrooms, the main air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, large chest of 4 drawers, 2 smaller chests of 4 drawers, mirror, bedside tables with 2 drawers, 2 bedside lamps, ceiling fan light, curtains.

The second air-conditioned bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 chests of drawers with 4 drawers each, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, mirror, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, hangers, curtains.

There is an additional fitted wardrobe with a chest in the passageway for guests who are using the sofa bed.

There are 2 bathrooms. Main bathroom with bath and over the bath shower, bath screen, toilet, sink, mirror, and bidet.

The shower room has shower with shower cubicle, sink, toilet and mirror.

There is a communal pool for your use, situated behind the property.

There is an information pack of things to do in the area, maps, restaurants etc.

The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and 1 hand and bath towel per person is provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).

Welcome pack available; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5 ltr bottle water, bottle white wine, butter, bread, eggs, jam - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.

    We would recommend a car when staying at this property, but taxis are available nearby if you prefer not to drive.

    Via Park 3 with its many bars and restaurants; Shivum Indian, Gran Chino Chinese, Liberty's bar and restaurant, Madison's Sports Bar, Butterflies Tea Rooms, Spud Murphys Fish and Chips, Rendevous Cafe, Lime Bar, Two Tone Bar, Someplace Else bar and restaurant, Honey's bar and restaurant, Oliver's English Supermarket, Mail Room with internet access 5 mins walk.

    Via Park 5 commercial complex with an Indian Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Bars, Wine Bar, Stallion's A la carte restaurant, English supermarket are a 10 minute walk.

    Villamartin golf course, is approx 8 - 10 mins drive. Campoamor golf course and Las Ramblas golf course, approx 10 mins drive. Algorfa - La Fina, approx 30 mins drive on roads lined with orange and lemon groves.

    Golden sand beaches approx 10 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town approx 10 mins drive with shopping complex; Las Habaneras, Waterpark, Pacha nightclub, casino, ten pin bowling, marina, submarine, boat trips.

    Murcia airport approx 35 mins drive. Alicante approx 45 mins drive.

    This is a really nice property, fully equipped and well furnished.

    Ideal location for golfers families, couples, golfers. Sorry unsuitable for wheelchair access due to the stairs up to the apartment.

    Additional Information

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

    We do not charge you an additional cost for the final clean, unlike many operators.
