This new 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment is situated at La Cinuelica, Los Altos. Approximately 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport. 30 minutes drive from Murcia airport. 25 minutes walk to closest beach. 5 minutes walk to closest supermarket. The property is situated opposite the communal pool.
This property is situated on the 1st floor. A spiral staircase takes you up to the property. There is a lockable gate taking you onto your porch which is located outside the front door and has a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.
Through the wooden front door you have the living/dining room with a 3 seater sofa, TV and DVD player (no English channels), coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 4 chairs. There is a ceiling fan light.
Through the archway you have the tiled kitchen with wooden units. The kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, sink, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Through the rear door you have the galleria area with washing machine and water heater.
There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is located to the rear of the property and comprises double bed, fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, bedside lamps and ceiling fan light.
The twin bedroom is located at the front of the property and has 2 single beds, chest of drawers and ceiling fan light.
The bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet sink and mirror.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
No smoking in the property. No pets.
The property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm, due to the spiral staircase taking you up to the property (there is no lift).
Parking is available on the road.
Walking distance from the property you have ….
Several supermarkets, Mercadona 5 minutes, Consum 10 minutes, Maxcoop 15 minutes. There are also other supermarkets in short walking distance; Mas y Mas, Aldi, Champion, Quicksave, Gama.
Bars and restaurants, on the N332 approximately 15 minutes walk you have a selection of Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, German, English, Italian restaurants and a selection of bars and cafeterias.
Punta Prima beach is approximately 25 minutes walk.
Banks and internet café can be found on the N332.
At Via Park 3 commercial centre, approximately 20 minutes walk you have English, Chinese and Indian restaurants. Bars, cafes and internet café can also be found at this complex.
Go-karting 25 minute walk.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, approx 20 mins, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-20 mins drive.
Torrevieja town, approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars, promenade and daily market stalls on the promenade, selling a variety of items.
A variety of blue flag beaches, many within a 10 minute drive.
Las Habaneras shopping centre, with underground parking and a large selection of shops is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and Spanish cinema (English films not shown) and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
If you have children and they enjoy McDonalds or Burgerking, they are a 10 minute drive.
Aquapolis waterpark is a 10 minute drive.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk.
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja, and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to two of the local beaches.
A car would not be essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the area further.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.
La Cinuelica is located 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia airport.
Car hire or airport transfer can be organised if required.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking made within 8 weeks, payment due with booking.
Changeovers anyday of the week.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a good start!
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Travel cot, high chair and beach towels are available at an additional cost.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am an additional late arrival charge will be payable on arrival at the property.
