This 2 bedroom quad villa is situated at Playa Golf 3, Campoamor, located approx 5 mins drive from Cabo Roig strip and Cabo Roig/Campoamor beaches.
Locally you have a commercial complex with bars and restaurants.
The lower level of the garden has been laid with stones. The sheltered porch has been laid with tiles, ideal for al fresco dining.
Through the front door you have the living/dining room with two 2 seater sofas, coffee table, wall unit, pictures, radio/cassette player, TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Sky One, Boomerang - approx 30 viewing channels in total and about 13 radio channels).
The fully tiled and fitted kitchen is located at the rear of the dining area and has a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 3 drawers, fitted double wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside lamps, blanket for the winter and pictures.
The second bedroom, which has 2 single beds has a bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside lamp, 2 blankets for the winter, picture.
The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, laundry basket, bin, mirror, toilet, sink and window.
Outside the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof solarium with a storage cupboard with patio table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs and a parasol.
Additional items in the property; ashtrays (no smoking in the property - for use outside only), clothes airer, 2 heaters, iron, ironing board, 2 stand up fans.
There is a communal pool located to the rear of the property (you are unable to see the pool from the property).
No smoking, no pets.
The property is situated a short walking distance from a commercial complex with bars, restaurants, Aldi supermarket and a bank.
Beaches are from 5 mins drive.

Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 45km.
Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 55km.
Benidorm, where you will also find Terra Mitca theme park which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 85km.
Approximately 45 mins drive from Alicante airport or 30 mins from Murcia airport.
Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required. If you do not want to drive from either airport but require a car we are able to provide an airport collection service with car hire at the property.
A car would be advisable when staying at this property.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of 30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE FINAL CLEAN OR FOR MEETING YOU AT THE PROPERTY WITH THE KEYS. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
