This apartment is situated on Dream Hills 2, Los Altos.

It is located on the 1st floor and benefits from a balcony area, large roof solarium, living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and shower room.

Through the front door, you have the air conditioned living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs, TV with English TV channels, DVD player, wall unit, glass coffee table, pictures, lamp and curtains.

The balcony leads off of the living room through patio doors and has a patio table and 6 chairs. Up the stairs you have the large roof solarium.

The fully tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, glasses and cooking utensils.

The property has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers and curtains.

The second twin bedroom with air conditioning has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers.

There is an additional fitted wardrobe in the passageway.

The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower and shower curtain, toilet, sink, bidet and mirror.

There is also a shower room with shower cubicle, sink, toilet and mirror.

There are 2 communal pools for your use both close to the property.

There is an information pack of things to do in the area.

Additional items in the property: iron and ironing board, clothes airer.

The property is cleaned on your departure.

No-smoking in the property. Smoking permitted on balcony and roof solarium only. No pets.

Grocery packs available, ideal for late night arrivals or Sundays out of season where the supermarkets are closed. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-21.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer (June - end September).

The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels are provided as standard (property towels are not to be taken to beach/pool). Towels for the beach/pool can be provided, if required, at an additional charge.

There are 2 swimming pools both with grass area for sunbathing.

Parking is available in front of the property.

This apartment is suitable for families, golfers and couples. Due to stairs up to the property will be unsuitable for elderly who have difficulties with climbing stairs.

    Via Park 5 commercial complex with Chinese Restaurant, Bars (including the Cavern), Wine Bar, Stallion's, English supermarket are a 5 minute walk.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    Real Club Campoamor and Las Ramblas about 8-10 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town is approximately 10-15 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within 10 minutes drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Punta Prima beach is the closest to this property, less than 5 mins drive.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, several shoe shops, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds at Punta Marina commercial centre (2-3 mins drive) and Burgerking is located in Playa Flamenca.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.

    Oz (was Pacha) nightclub is situated opposite the water park.

    If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 15 mins drive.

    Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months about 10 mins drive.

    Petrol station is in the Punta Marina commercial centre, 2-3 mins drive.

    A little further afield ….

    The historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive.

    Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.

    1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.

    Markets ….

    There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approx 5 mins drive.

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    A car is advisable when staying at this property.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you don’t want to drive from the airport.

    This is an ideal property for golfers and we can arrange airport transfers and transfers to and from the golf courses if required.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, ideal for late night flights or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair, we can recommend a local company for these items.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional cost if required.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
