This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of Europa I apartments, located only 1 mins walk to the Nations Park with its grass areas, water features, children's play area and seating.
Situated on the ground floor the complex has an indoor communal pool and has wheelchair accessibility.
Bars, restaurants and supermarkets available closeby. A car is not necessary when staying at this property.
The main bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed, window, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 bedside lamps, picture.
The bathroom has a bath and over the bath shower, sink, vanity unit, bidet, toilet, mirror and window.
The tiled and fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, door leading out to a tiled area with table and chairs.
The living room has a sofa bed, wall unit, TV, chair, dining table and 4 chairs, coffee table.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers, window and a music system.
There is a communal pool located inside the properties complex, on the ground floor.
No smoking, no pets.
The property is situated a mins walk from Nations Park with its lawned areas, water features, childrens play area and seating.
The shopping centre Las Habaneras has shops including C&A, Zara, Bookworld etc would be approx 20 mins walk.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, restaurants would be a 20 min walk.
Aquapolis water park, pitch and putt approx 25 mins walk.
Not to be missed is the Friday street market, which is one of the largest in Spain, and is in walking distance of the apartment. It sells everything you can imagine.
Villamartin golf club, Royal Campoamor golf club and Las Ramblas golf club are a short drive away (approx 20 mins).
Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 35km.
Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 45km.
Benidorm, where you will also find Terra Mitca theme park which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 75km.
Approx 40km from Alicante or Murcia airport.
Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of 30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
We do not charge you an additional cost for the final clean, unlike many operators.
