This property is a 2 bedroom terraced townhouse located at Residencial La Cinuelica, R14 Los Altos.

There is a living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC, 2 bedrooms, balcony, bathroom, roof solarium, garden laid to stones. Air conditioning on the ground floor. Communal swimming pool and communal garden.

There is a tiled porch area at the front of the property ideal for al fresco dining, there is a table and 4 chairs.

The ground floor of the property is fully air conditioned.

The living/dining room has a sofa, sideboard, wooden coffee table, television with DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, hot water heater, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside area.

There is a ground floor toilet with sink and mirror.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, ceiling fan light.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet with drawers, ceiling fan light. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror and a window.

Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the private roof solarium, ideal for dining, sunbathing or enjoying that relaxing glass of local sangria, sea view.

The property has the use of a communal pool and gardens which is located to the rear of the property.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

No smoking in the property. No pets. No teenage groups.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Parking is available on the road outside the property (the road to the front of the property is one way and not too busy).

Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals when the shops are not open.

    The Area

    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, 2 Consum supermarkets, Lidl (N332 near Burger King) and Aldi (Los Altos).

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant, Los Lobos Bar/restaurant, CK1. Several English bars, including Macklin's Welcome Inn (bar with pool, snooker tables and dart board) Doolan’s, Bar Next Door (pool and darts), Lime Bar. The Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 25-30 minute walk, with more English bars and restaurants.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

    Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a Consum supermarket, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, card/newspaper shop, petrol station and McDonalds.

    The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

    Located at La Zenia (approx 25 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, Laura Ashley, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, casino, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children’s ball park, Burger King, Foster’s Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Good Rices (Pizza and paellas), Argentinian restaurant, Wok Centre and a Children’s play area.     Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches (many blue flag) within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras to name a few.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre in Torrevieja has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance at Punta Prima), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca. Subway (at Punta Prima).

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Lo Rufete at San Miguel (10 min drive) you have a multi adventure park with horse riding, kayaking, hiking, quad bikes, paintball, archery, zip wire, eco-friendly cars and more.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area - located near the main bus station.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (+34) 96 676 1088

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Playing golf? We can arrange transfers from either Alicante or Murcia airport and your transport to and from the golf courses.

    If there is a group of you we have a number of properties for rental on this urbanisation so we can accommodate parties near to one another.

               

    Additional Information

    Air conditioning on the ground floor included in rental price.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.

    Arrival time is after 16.00hrs. If we have no-one departing the property on the day of your arrival you maybe able to have access from 12.00noon.

    Departure time is 10.00am. If no-one is accommodating the property on the day of your departure, you maybe able to leave the property up until 17.00hrs.

    If you want to guarantee a later departure time we would suggest you book an additional night. You can then depart the property anytime up until 22.00hrs on the day of your departure.
