This southerly facing 2 bedroom ground floor property is situated opposite the communal pool in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos. 10 minutes from the town of Torrevieja.

The property is 20 minutes walk from the beach. 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 20 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has an alarm.

Walk in through the stoned garden area with plants. Two steps take you up to the sheltered porch area with table and 4 chairs, being Southerly facing you will be able to eat outside anytime of the year.

Through the front door you have the living/dining room which comprises 2 x 2 seater sofas, and the furniture is the Spanish style dark wood comprising; net of 3 tables, occasional table, dining table and 4 chairs, Television, 10 English channels, DVD player (please bring your own DVD's).

The fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktops comprise a large fridge/freezer, kettle, electric oven and hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery. The galleria area, to the rear of the kitchen has a washing machine, microwave and the hot water heater.

The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 lamps, mirror, pictures, chair, alarm clock, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with sink, mirror, toilet, shower cubicle.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe, lamp, pictures, chair.

The large main bathroom has a mirror with lights, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over and glass bath screen.

Additional items in the property: fully air-conditioned, hairdryer, patio table and 4 chairs, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.

The property is cleaned on your departure.

Bed linen and towels are provided. (not beach pool towels - these can be provided for an additional laundry charge).

The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly. Unfortunately due to 3 steps it would not be wheelchair friendly.

Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

The communal pool and garden is directly opposite the property. You are able to see children in the pool from the property.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Hot/cold air-conditioning available throughout the year and is included in the rental price.

The Area

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Three supermarkets; Mercadona, Consum and Mas y Mas. The closest being Mercadona which is a Spanish supermarket, which has very competitively priced goods.

There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including another Mas y Mas, Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurants, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Liberty's, Lime Bar, a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room, English hairdressers and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.

Punta Prima Commercial Centre with Eroski supermarket, Plus supermarket, Wok buffet (Chinese), Chinese restaurant, Amigos bar, Greta Garbos restaurant, English clothes shop, cosmetics shop, electrical shop, petrol station.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.

Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Transport ….

There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is easy.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

We can also provide airport transfer with car hire, enabling you to hire a smaller vehicle as you don't need to transport your luggage from the airport.

Additional Information

Air-conditioning throughout. No additional charge for air-conditioning, this is included in the rental price.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
