This 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment is situated at Arco Mediterraneo IX, Aguas Nuevas.
The property has a balcony area outside of the front door, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying the glass of local sangria whilst overlooking the communal pools.
Through the front door, you have the air-conditioned living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, glass dining table and 4 chairs, free standing lamp, clock and curtains.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.
Through the door, from the kitchen, you have the washing machine and outdoor sink.
The metal spiral staircase takes you up to the private roof solarium with views of Torrevieja, salt lakes and the communal pools. There is a glass table and 4 collapsible chairs.
The main bedroom, with air conditioning, has a double bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe with mirrors and hangers.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobe with mirrors, hangers, pictures and curtains.
Both bedrooms have duvets for the winter.
The bathroom has a bath and over the bath shower, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and bidet.
There are 2 communal pools, adult and childrens pool with grass area and palm trees.
Parking spaces in front of the property.
There is an information pack of things to do in the area, maps, restaurants etc.
Additional items in the property: hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and 1 bath and hand towel per person is provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
No-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No pets.
Welcome pack available; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5 ltr bottle water, bottle white wine, butter, bread, eggs, jam - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.

The property is in walking distance to the Mercadona and Aldi supermarkets.

Torrevieja marina is approximately 5 mins drive.
Waterpark, crazy golf, Pacha night club between 2-5 minutes drive.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
We do not charge you an additional cost for the final clean, unlike many operators.
