This 3 bedroom property is situated in the popular area of Zeniamar, phase 2. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

The property is 20-30 minutes walk from the beach. 15 minutes walk to Carrefour supermarket, Zeniamar commercial centre is a minutes walk.

This property has air conditioning units (hot/cold air) in the living room and the 3 bedrooms.

The property has a large garden ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining.

Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 2 sofas, chair, glass coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 6 chairs.

For entertainment you have a television with English channels and DVD player.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and electric oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and utensils. The galleria area to the side of the kitchen has the water heater, washing machine and additional sink.

On the ground floor you have a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, hot/cold air conditioning, bedside cabinet with drawers, bedside lamp, ceiling fan light and fitted wardrobe with hangers.

There is also a shower room on the ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, mirror with lights.

Up the stairs you have the master bedroom with double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 bedside lights, stand alone fan, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe and hot and cold air conditioning.

The second twin bedroom is also located on the 1st floor with bedside cabinet with drawers, bedside lamp, hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fan light and fitted wardrobe.

The main bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and bidet.

Also on the first floor you have the door leading out to the roof solarium, ideal for al fresco dining or sunbathing.

This is a fabulous property, in a great location and we feel sure you will come here again.

Bed linen and 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person are provided.

Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.

The property is suitable for families and golfers.

Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

The hot/cold air-conditioning is available throughout the year and is available at an additional charge.

Welcome grocery packs are available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.

Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

    Zeniamar commercial complex with the Central Grill fish and chips and Irish bar Blarneystone is a minutes walk.

    Citus complex with The Friendly Bar, Wok Buffet, Tropicana and other eating/drink establishments approx 10 mins walk.

    Playa Flamenca commercial centre, approx 20-25 mins walk. This is a large commercial centre with a variety of bars and restaurants, including Temple Bar with the Blues brothers, several Chinese restaurants, pizzeria, Diva’s Indian (as seen on TV), Hungarian, Irish and Scottish bars, Spud Murphy’s and King Kod Fish and Chips.

    Abbey Tavern pub and Gama English supermarket, approx 15 mins walk.

    Emerald Isle with live nighlightly entertainment in the summer approx 25 mins walk.

    Nearest beach is approx a 30 minute walk.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - MacDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking 2 minute (nr Lidl) drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (0034) 96 676 1088.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Additional Information

    Air conditioning additional £30.00 per week.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers any day of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    You will be met at the property with the keys and shown around. The local area will be explained to you and any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

    Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

    There are no additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday, unlike many operators.
