This very well equipped townhouse is located at Los Dolses, Villamartin.
The property has a living/dining room, downstairs wc, kitchen, glassed in porch, 1st floor main bedroom with double bed, full bathroom, 1st floor twin bedroom, 2nd floor twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, roof solarium, 2 ground floor patio areas.
The property has a few steps to get up to the glassed in porch area with table, 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs, lamp and heater for the winter. You can see the communal pool from this area.
Through the front door you have the air-conditioned living/dining room which has 2 sofas, glass coffee table, wall unit, corner unit, 2 lamps, pictures, gas fireplace, wooden dining table and 6 chairs.
For entertainment you have a Television with built in video combination and a DVD player, there are English TV channels provided by private satellite dish. There is also a compact stereo.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, grill, sandwich maker, vegetable steamer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 chairs and a wall mounted radiator.
There is a separate wc on the ground floor with sink, toilet and mirror.

Los Dolses commercial centre, approximately 10 mins walk with its bars, restaurants, bank, hairdressers, English butchers, Supermarket and OK gym.
Villamartin plaza would be about 20 mins walk with its various bars and restaurants.
Villamartin golf course is a 20 min walk or less than 5 mins drive.
Driving distance from the property you have

Real Club Campoamor and Las Ramblas about 5 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 15-20 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
La Zenia beach is the closest to this property, approx 5-8 mins drive.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 15 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 15 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds at Punta Marina commercial centre and Burgerking is located in Playa Flamenca.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Oz (was Pacha) nightclub is situated opposite the water park.
If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 15 mins drive.
Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months about 10 mins drive.
The Villamartin junction from the AP7 is less than 5 mins drive.
Petrol station less than 5 mins drive.

The historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive.
Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approx 5 mins drive.
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport
A car is advisable when staying at this property.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you dont want to drive from the airport.
This is an ideal property for golfers and we can arrange airport transfers and transfers to and from the golf courses if required.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices.
Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, ideal for late night flights or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair, we can recommend a local company for these items.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional cost if required.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
