This 2 bedroom ground floor, alarmed apartment is situated on phase 7 of the popular La Cinuelica development at Los Altos which is located 10 mins drive from Torrevieja town, 40 mins drive from Alicante airport and 30 mins from Murcia airport.
The property has a main bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, galleria, living/dining area, large south facing patio which overlooks the communal pool. The apartment has full hot and cold air conditioning which is included in the rental price.
On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a 3 seater sofa, armchair 2 coffee tables, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, mirror, chest of drawers, 2 ceiling fan lights, radio/cassette player, Television with built in DVD player. English channels; BBC1, ITV1, ITV2, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports, Movie Channels, UKtv Gold, Sky One, Sky News - approx 20 viewing channels, 3 lamps, rug, clock, pictures, books, CD's, DVD's.
At the rear of the dining room you have an archway which takes you into the fully tiled and fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven, sink, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils. There is a nice welcoming breeze through the apartment with the front and back doors open.
Leading off the kitchen, through the door you have the galleria area with hot water heater and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 4 drawers in each, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 lamps, pictures, pillows, stool, chair, 2 blankets and an electric blanket for the winter.
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, sink, vanity unit and mirror with lights.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, ceiling fan light, chest of 4 drawers, 4 pillows, fitted wardrobe, hangers, lamp, mirror, rug, chair, 2 blankets and 2 electric blankets for the winter.
The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror with lights, scales.
There is a communal pool with separate children's pool for you to enjoy, which is directly opposite the property.
There is an information pack giving full details of places in the surrounding area with local maps.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
Non-smoking in the property. No pets.
Welcome pack available; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, 5 ltr bottle water, bottle white wine, butter, bread, eggs, jam - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
THE AREA:
You are a short walk to two supermarkets; Mercadona and Consum.
There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Butterflies tea room, Maddison's Sports Bar a Quicksave English supermarket, English hairdressers and the Post Room which has internet access.
Via Park 5 is about a 5-10 minute walk from Via Park 3 with a Chinese restaurant, English supermarket, bars - including The Cavern Pub and a really nice Wine bar - All Bar Sue.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has two Chinese restaurants, an Indian restaurant, German restaurant, Rogues carvery and fish bar, Puccini's Italian restaurant.
Patio Andaluz a really nice Spanish restaurant with Flamenco dancing 2-3 times a week.
Punta Prima Commercial Centre with Eroski supermarket, Plus supermarket, Wok buffet, Chinese restaurant, Amigos bar, Greta Garbos restaurant, English clothes shop, cosmetics shop, electrical shop, petrol station.
Punta Prima beach is about a 20 minute walk.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away and is a bustling Spanish town with many shops, a long promenade and many restaurants, bars and cafes. On Fridays there is a huge street market and fiestas are a feature during several months of the year. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open June - September), Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.
Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
A car would be recommended, but not essential.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required, or car hire.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
There is a bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly.
During July and August there is a bus that will take you to the local beaches. The bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk, outside the Consum supermarket.
An ideal location for couples, family holidays (especially as you are opposite the lovely communal pool) or golfers.

Air conditioning throughout is included in the rental price.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
