This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated on phase 7 of the popular La Cinuelica development at Los Altos which is located 10 mins drive from Torrevieja town, 40 mins drive from Alicante airport and 30 mins from Murcia airport. South facing patio, with awning (sun blind), which overlooks the communal pool.
The property has a main bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, galleria, living/dining area, south facing patio which overlooks the communal pool. The apartment has full hot and cold air conditioning which is included in the rental price.
On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a 3 seater sofa, armchair 2 coffee tables, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, mirror, chest of drawers, 2 ceiling fan lights, flat screen Television, English TV channels, 3 lamps, rug, clock, pictures, books, CD's.
Wi-fi is available at an additional cost.
At the rear of the dining room you have an archway which takes you into the fully tiled and fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven, sink, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils. There is a nice welcoming breeze through the apartment with the front and back doors open.
Leading off the kitchen, there is a glassed in galleria which provides additional kitchen working space and a hot water heater and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 4 drawers in each, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 lamps, pictures, pillows, stool, chair, 2 blankets.
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, sink, vanity unit and mirror with lights.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, ceiling fan light, chest of 4 drawers, 4 pillows, fitted wardrobe, hangers, lamp, mirror, rug, chair, 2 blankets.
The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror with lights, bathroom weighing scales.
There is a communal pool with separate children's pool for you to enjoy, which is directly opposite the property.
There is an information pack giving full details of places in the surrounding area with local maps.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
Non-smoking in the property. No pets. No teenage groups.
Grocery packs are available - ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 09.00-21.00 Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays until 15 June.

Several supermarkets including; Carrefour (on the N332 next to the Cepsa petrol station), Consum (there are 2 - one situated in Los Altos the other on the N332 at the Punta Marina Commercial centre), large Lidl (on the N332 near Burger King), Aldi (past Via Park 3 in Los Altos).
Nearest supermarket is Consum at the Punta Marina commercial centre (approx 10 min walk).
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant, CK1 cafe bar, Kalimotxo (Spanish bar/tapas), Daves Bar II. Several English bars, including Macklin's Welcome Inn (pool tables, snooker table and dart board) Doolan’s Irish pub, Lime Bar, Bar Next Door (pool table). Treat Yourself (hairdressers) The Post Room which offers internet access and computer services. Pharmacy.
Via Park 5, 25 minute walk with more bars and restaurants (near to Via Park 3).
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).
Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a Consum supermarket, shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has beach bars during the summer months (Sunrise and Bola Bola).
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Less than 5 mins drive (about 30 min walk) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, mobile phone shops, florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, restaurants, cafes, children's play area, El Campo supermarket and petrol station and much much more - put on your walking shoes - its a lovely commercial centre.
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates (book cars early to avoid disappointment).
Playing golf? We can arrange transfers from either Alicante or Murcia airport and your transport to and from the golf courses.
Air conditioning throughout is included in the rental price. Use of Wi-fi is an additional cost if required.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability. Rental periods are between the dates of 29 April - 9 September each year for this property (sorry no winter rentals).
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional hire charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30.00 will be payable at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.

If you want to guarantee a later departure time we would suggest you book an additional night. You can then depart the property anytime up until 22.00hrs on the day of your departure.
