The villa has parking for a vehicle on the driveway and a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden dining table and 6 chairs, coffee table, air-conditioning unit providing hot or cold air and a portable gas fire for the winter. For entertainment you have a television with English television channels and DVD player. There is a stereo (please bring your own CD's). The kitchen, located to the rear of the living/dining room has a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, sink. A door takes you out to the galleria area with washing machine. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, pictures, curtains, fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors and hangers. The shower room with sink, mirror, toilet and shower cubicle is also on the ground floor. Up the stairs you have 2 further bedrooms. The first bedroom looks to the front of the property, has 2 single beds, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, pictures, curtains and fitted wardrobe with glass doors and hangers. The third bedroom is the master bedroom and has a double bed, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, 2 rattan chairs, fitted wardrobe with glass doors and hangers. The main bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, sink, mirror, toilet and bidet. There is a balcony on the first floor, through a door off of the landing and has a table and 6 chairs. Another door takes you up a spiral staircase to the roof solarium which has all day sunshine, great to get that Mediterranean tan. There are 2 sunloungers. The communal pool, with children's shallow area is located to the rear of the property. There is a bedroom on the ground floor so the property would be ideal for elderly or infirm, but not wheelchair accessible. No smoking in the property. No pets. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
