This South Easterly facing 3 bedroom quad villa is situated at "La Pinada", Los Altos. It comprises driveway, porch, living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower-room, bathroom, balcony, roof solarium and communal pool. Bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance.
The villa has parking for a vehicle on the driveway and a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Through the front door you have the living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden dining table and 6 chairs, coffee table, air-conditioning unit providing hot or cold air and a portable gas fire for the winter.
For entertainment you have a television with English television channels and DVD player. There is a stereo (please bring your own CD's).
The kitchen, located to the rear of the living/dining room has a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, sink. A door takes you out to the galleria area with washing machine.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, pictures, curtains, fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors and hangers.
The shower room with sink, mirror, toilet and shower cubicle is also on the ground floor.
Up the stairs you have 2 further bedrooms.
The first bedroom looks to the front of the property, has 2 single beds, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, pictures, curtains and fitted wardrobe with glass doors and hangers.
The third bedroom is the master bedroom and has a double bed, bedside table with 2 drawers, bedside lamp, 2 rattan chairs, fitted wardrobe with glass doors and hangers.
The main bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, sink, mirror, toilet and bidet.
There is a balcony on the first floor, through a door off of the landing and has a table and 6 chairs.
Another door takes you up a spiral staircase to the roof solarium which has all day sunshine, great to get that Mediterranean tan. There are 2 sunloungers.
The communal pool, with children's shallow area is located to the rear of the property.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor so the property would be ideal for elderly or infirm, but not wheelchair accessible.
No smoking in the property. No pets.
Additional items include; iron, ironing board.
The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) will be provided. Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.

Via Park 3 commercial centre a 5-10 minute walk with its restaurants, including Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Damos Irish bar, Lime Bar, Angel's Bar, Welcome Inn, Liberty's Bar and Grill, Butterflies tea room. There is also the Post Room which offers internet access and an English supermarket - Olivers.
Via Park 5, approx 15 minutes walk has a Chinese restaurant, Stallions, Cavern Pub and a really nice wine bar - All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.
The Emerald Isle with its summertime evening entertainment is a 20 minute walk. The Emerald Isle also has a large swimming pool and bowls green.
Consum supermarket approx 10 mins walk. Aldi supermarket approx 15 mins walk.
Driving distance from the property you have ….
Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds located in the Punta Prima commercial centre - less than 5 mins drive (25 mins walk).
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Oz nightclub is by the waterpark (used to be Pacha).
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
Markets ….
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 25-30 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
Transport ….
There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.
A car would be recommended when staying at this property.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.
Golf ...
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Other golf courses within 30 mins drive.
Are you coming to play golf? We can arrange transfers from either Alicante or Murcia airports and also transfers from your accommodation to the golf courses then back to your accommodation.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices.
Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
