This property is a 2 bedroom terraced townhouse located in the gated complex at Residencial La Cinuelica, R14 Los Altos.
On the ground floor; living/dining room, tiled and equipped kitchen, toilet and sink. On the first floor; double bedroom, twin bedroom with balcony, fully tiled bathroom. Outside; garden laid to stones and plants. Sheltered porch. Roof solarium. Communal pool and garden.
There is a tiled porch area at the front of the property with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The living/dining room has a sofa, sideboard, wooden coffee table, freestanding lamp, flat screen television with English TV channels and DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), pictures, mirror, wooden dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property.
The property has Fibre Optic Wi-fi which is an optional extra if required.
The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.
There is a downstairs toilet with sink and mirror.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom. At the top of the stairs there is a long length mirror.
The air conditioned main bedroom has a double bed (memory foam mattress summer 2017), fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers in each, pictures, 2 bedside lamps.
The air conditioned second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, a bedside lamp, pictures. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror and a window.
Carry on up the internal stairs and you have the private roof solarium, ideal for sunbathing.
The property also has a safe, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
The property has the use of a communal pool and gardens which is located close to the property.
Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including;
Zeniamar commercial centre, less than 5 mins walk with Blarneystone pub, Central Grill restaurant, Casa Da Vinci Italian and English hairdressers.
The commercial centre Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Gran Chino Chinese, Indian/American restaurant, Yu Asian, CK1, Cosy Corner, Kalimotxo (Spanish). Several English bars, including Welcome Inn (darts and pool), Lime Bar, Bar Next Door. The Post Room which offers internet access, currency exchange and ATM machine. Hairdressers and pharmacy.
Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with more English bars and restaurants.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).
Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a supermarket; Consum, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, an Milars electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, card/newspaper shop, petrol station and McDonalds.
The Rocajuna bar, and Dominos bar are about 25 minutes walk.
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.
Located at La Zenia (approx 25 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children’s ball park, Burger King, Foster’s Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Good Rices (Pizza and paellas), Argentinian restaurant, Wok Centre and a Children’s play area. Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.
Playing golf? We can arrange transfers from either Alicante or Murcia airport and your transport to and from the golf courses.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 8.00pm and 10.59pm an out of hours key delivery charge of €10 will be payable at the property.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an out of hours key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.
