This property has a porch with table and chairs for al fresco dining, living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite shower room, roof solarium with sunbeds, communal swimming pool and located on H urbanisation at La Florida.

The front garden has an abundance of flowers and a large palm tree, ideal shade for those hot days. Porch with table and chairs and a driveway for your car.

Through the front door you have the air-conditioned living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, 2 easy chairs, ceiling fan light, wall unit, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.

For entertainment you have a Television with English TV channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Sky News, Sky One, UK Gold etc), approx 30 channels so you won't miss your soaps or major sporting events whilst you are on holiday. Along with the viewing channels there are approx 15 radio stations. There is a DVD player, please bring your own DVD's.

The tiled and fitted kitchen has a washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, water heater, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils.

The main bathroom is on the ground floor with bath, over the bath shower, sink, toilet, mirror with lights and storage unit.

2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The main bedroom with air conditioning unit has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 bedside lamps, rugs for the winter.

Also on the ground floor you have a twin bedroom, with 2 single beds, free standing wardrobe, bedside cabinet with drawers and lamp.

Upstairs you have the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, freestanding wardrobe, bedside cabinet with drawers, 2 bedside lamps. There are balcony doors that take you out onto the roof solarium with patio table and chairs, parasol and 2 sunloungers. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Bed linen and towels are provided (beach/pool towels can be provided if required).

No smoking in the property. No pets.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs, the garden has been laid with stones.

Parking is available on the driveway.

There is no additional charge for hot/cold air conditioning this is included in the rental price.

Rental price is for the property sleeping up to 6 persons, with NO additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday.

Changeovers anyday of the week subject to availability.

Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged if required.

The Area

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Several supermarkets including; Consum, Olivers Quicksave (English supermarket) Mas y Mas, Mercadona.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 5 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Shivumm Indian restaurant, several English bars (many serving food), including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 10 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Sally's fish and chips, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

In La Florida you have the Emerald Isle Irish pub with outdoor pool and bowling green, 5-10 minute walk. Wicklow Abbey pub and garden, La Florida shops including Gama supermarket, bank and more bars approx 15 min walk.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima approx 30 mins walk, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

A bus service is available taking you to the local beaches.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between end May/beginning June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (5-10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Transport ….

There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.
     

     

Additional Information

Air-conditioning (hot and cold) is included in the price.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival, or if less than 8 weeks on booking.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

You will be given a number to call if there are any problems during your stay.

Grocery packs are available for your arrival. Very useful for guests arriving on a night flight, Sundays when shops may not be open (off peak) or bank holidays.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
