This 1st floor apartment is located in Avenida de la Purisima and just 40 seconds walk to Playa del Cura beach.
The air-conditioned living/dining room has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, wood and glass coffee table, television, DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), sideboard, table lamp, mirror, freestanding lamp, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
Off of the living room you have the balcony with table and 4 chairs.
The master bedroom, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside chest of drawers (3 drawers in each), 2 lamps, picture, duvet for the winter, table top fan.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, hanging space, 2 duvets for the winter, table top fan.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses.
The fully tiled main bathroom has a sink, mirror, bath with over the bath shower, bidet and toilet.
The building has a roof top sunbathing area, which you can use.

The air-conditioning in the living room is an optional extra and provides both cold and hot air.
The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided as standard.

Parking is available on the road. However staying at this property you would not require a car.

Mas y Mas supermarket less than 5 mins walk.
Amazing variety of bars and restaurants to choose from (Spanish, English, Italian, Irish, Chinese etc), all in easy walking distance. Lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours along the promenade over looking the sea.
There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and go inside the Delfin S61 submarine at certain times of the year.
Many sand sculptures in the summer months.
Boat rides from the harbour to Tabarca Island.
Fast food establishment - BurgerKing is in easy walking distance.
Variety of shops closeby (clothes, shoes, souvenirs, tobacconists, beach items etc).

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, approx 20 mins drive.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 5 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 5 minute drive away.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Pacha nightclub is situated opposite the water park.
If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 6 mins drive.
Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.
A little further afield

The historical towns of Cartegena, approx an hours drive.
Murcia, approx 50 drive and Orihuela, approx 40 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.
1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca and the closest to this property is located in Torrevieja itself, the largest market in the area and is held every Friday.
Transport
A car is not required when staying at this property, unless you want to explore further afield.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 35 minutes drive.
We are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you dont want to drive from the airport.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Air conditioning (hot and cold air) available at an additional charge.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
