This apartment is located about 500 metres from Villamartin Golf course.

Off of the living/dining room you have a balcony with patio table, bench and 2 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink.
Stairs take you up to the roof solarium with all day sunshine and bbq.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, sink, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine in the galleria area.
The master bedroom, has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, ceiling fan light.
The second bedroom sleeps 3 people and has bunk beds and a single bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, chest of drawers, mirror and ceiling fan light.
The fully tiled bathroom has a sink with vanity unit, mirror with light, bath with over the bath shower and toilet.

The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided as standard.
There is a large swimming pool with grass area for sunbathing and palm trees (you cannot see the pool from the property).

Los Dolses centre is about 10-15 minutes walk with bars, restaurants, bank (BankInter), supermarket (Supervalu).
Villamartin Plaza is in the other direction with more bars, cafes and restaurants (Thai, Italian, Irish, Argentinean, German, Hungarian, American diner, Spanish, Indian, English (including the popular Eduardos and Fairways restaurants), so tastes for everyone. There is also the Winning Post (which offers live racing and betting). The plaza has a great atmosphere during the summer months.
There is a supermarket, Gama in the Plaza.
Opposite the plaza you have 2 banks.
Villamartin golf course is in easy walking distance from this property.

More golf courses; Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, approx 5-10 mins drive. La Finca (Algorfa) about 25 mins drive.
Torrevieja town is approximately 15 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10-15 minute drive of the property including; Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10-15 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 10-15 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds is at Punta Prima, a 5-10 minute drive. Burger King at Playa Flamenca (off of the N332 by Lidl).
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Pacha nightclub is situated opposite the water park.
If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 10-15 mins drive.
Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
A little further afield

The historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive.
Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.
1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday and Torrevieja on a Friday (probably the largest market in the area).
Transport
A car is advisable.
An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 50 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 25 minutes drive.
Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.
Or we are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you dont want to drive from the airport.

Additional Information
Air conditioning in the living room included in the rental price.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices.
Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of 30 will be payable at the property.
