This ground floor apartment is situated in a residential complex and comprises lounge/dining area, double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

Through the front door you have the living/dining room which comprises 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, TV with approx 30 English TV channels (i.e. BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky Movies, Sky News, Boomerang etc), and approx 12 radio channels. DVD player, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, floor standing lamp. There is a breakfast bar.

Off of the hallway you have the tiled and fitted kitchen with kettle, microwave, electric hob, oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery for 4 people.

The fully tiled bathroom has bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror.

The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and mirror.

There is an iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel is available per guest. Beach towels are available at an additional cost.

The apartment is non-smoking.

Situated in the town of Torrevieja you do not need a car when staying at this apartment.

Torrevieja is situated between 2 large salt lakes (Salinas de Torrevieja). The combination of salt and temperature combine to make a healthy micro-climate recommended by doctors for various ailments. The climate in Torrevieja makes it an ideal location for year round holidays.

The promenade provides an abundance of restaurants for all tastes. There are also shops, a funfair and a craft market open daily, all within walking distance of the apartment. The promenade is a must in the evening for a leisurely stroll, a meal and a drink (or ice-cream in one of the many ice-cream bars which are very popular with our Spanish friends) also a bit of people watching.

Also in Torrevieja you will find the Las Habanaras shopping centre, which opened in 2005 with H&M, C&A, Zara, shoe, clothing, cosmetic, sports, English bookshop, DIY, fashion jewellery shops etc. The Ozone complex, which is located next to the Las Habanaras shopping centre, has a casino, ten pin bowling alley, Spanish cinema, restaurants and cafes. Also next to Las Habanaras shopping centre is a large Carrefour that sells a wide variety of household and food goods. If you are driving there is a large ground level free car park at Carrefour or a payable (not expensive) underground car park at Las Habanaras.

Not to be missed is the Friday street market, which is one of the largest in Spain, and is in walking distance of the apartment. It sells everything you can imagine.

The apartment is situated central to all amenities.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Villamartin golf club, Royal Campoamor golf club and Las Ramblas golf club are a short drive away (approx 20 mins).

Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 35km.

Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 45km.

Benidorm, where you will also find “Terra Mitca” theme park – which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 75km.

Approx 40km from Alicante or Murcia airport.

Although the property will sleep 4 we would recommend 2-3 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 2 young children.
Additional Information

Rates commence from the first night of your stay.

Rates are for up to 4 people accommodating the property.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €40 will be payable on arrival at the property.

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
