This South East facing 2 bedroom 1st floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 14. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

Property comprises: Living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, full bathroom, balcony, roof solarium, English TV channels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (optional), use of communal pool.

The property is 20 minutes walk from the beach. 5-8 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 15 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and has Wi-Fi (optional).

There is a lower area of patio which can be used for sunbathing or dining.

Stairs takes you up to the property and the balcony area which has a table and 4 collapsible chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass (or two!) of local sangria or beer.

Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with a 3 seater sofabed and 2 seater sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, TV unit with flat screen television with English TV channels provided by communal satellite dish, DVD player and stereo system, dining table and 4 dining chairs, information pack. Wi-Fi (optional)

Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is a laundry area with washing machine and hot water heater. Stairs take you up to the roof solarium.

The main bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 2 drawers in each, fitted wardrobe with hangers. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer.

The second bedroom with air conditioning has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer.

The bathroom has a mirror with lights, toilet, bidet, sink, bath with shower over.

Parking is available on the road in front of the property.

There is a communal pool, located to the rear of the property (you cannot see children in the pool from the property).

The property is cleaned on your departure.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.

The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers. Due to the stairs leading up to the property and roof solarium it is not wheelchair friendly or suitable for people who find using stairs difficult.

Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside on the roof solarium, balcony or ground floor garden area.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Hot/cold air-conditioning available throughout the year and is included in the rental price.

Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.

Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

    Several supermarkets including; Carrefour, Consum (2), Lidl (near Burger King), Aldi (Los Altos).

    Nearest supermarket to this property would be Carrefour and is in easy walking distance.

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Indian restaurant Los Lobos Bar and restaurant, CK1 restaurant and bar. Several English bars, including Doolan's Irish Bar, Lime Bar, Macklin's Welcome Inn (2 pool tables, snooker table, darts board), Bar Next Door (pool table and dart board). The Post Room which offers internet access and sells English newspapers. English hairdressers.

    Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with more bars and restaurants (located close to Via Park 3).

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, and N332 cafe. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

    Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II restaurant, Dave's bar, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant, Italian restaurant. There is also a Consum supermarket, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, Shoe Shops, pharmacy, greetings card/newspaper shop and a petrol station. For those who like fast food a McDonald's.

    The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.

    Located at La Zenia (approx 25-30 min walk) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children’s ball park, Burger King, Foster’s Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Wok Centre and a Children’s play area.     Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - MacDonalds at the Punta Marina Commercial centre and Burgerking at Playa Flamenca, both near to the property.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (0034) 96 676 1088.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Playing golf? We can arrange transfers to and from the golf courses.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.

    Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
