This 3 bedroom townhouse is situated at Dream Hills II, Los Altos.

Through the front door, you have the air-conditioned living/dining room with 2 leather 2 seater sofas, dining table and 4 chairs, unit for television with English channels, DVD player, glass coffee table and occassional table, pictures, lamp and curtains.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.
There is door from the kitchen leading to the side of the property.
The outside seating area, located outside the front door, has 2 chairs. The lower patio area has a wooden bench, 2 chairs and table.
The property has 3 bedrooms, the single bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a single bed, wardrobe with hangers.
There is a toilet, sink and shower located on the ground floor.
There are two double bedrooms located on the 1st floor.
The first double room has double bed with headboard, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, wardrobe.
The second main bedroom is the master room with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 lamps, picture, patio doors leading out to the balcony.
The main bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, shower door, toilet, sink, mirror and bidet.
Up the internal stairs you have the roof solarium with hammock.

The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and 1 bath and hand towel per person is provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).
No-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No pets.
Grocery packs are available ideal for late arrivals. Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday and Sunday only in the summer.

Additional Information
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
We do not charge you an additional cost for the final clean, unlike many operators.
