This property is a fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom terraced townhouse, located opposite the communal pool and situated at Residencial La Cinuelica, Los Altos.

There is a tiled porch area for al fresco dining.

The living/dining room which has air conditioning, providing hot or cold air, has a sofa (sofa-bed), coffee table, dining table and four chairs, pictures. The window looks out to the front of the property, where you can the pool.

For entertainment you have a television with English channels.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.

Also on the ground floor you have a downstairs WC, with toilet, sink, mirror and window.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the bathroom.

The main bedroom has air-conditioning with hot and cold air. 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet, and a balcony which overlooks the communal pool.

The second bedroom has air conditioning with hot and cold air. 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet, a lamp, blankets and the window faces to the rear of the property.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror and a window.

The roof solarium has views of the surrounding area.

Additional items: safe, patio table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs, travel cot, iron and ironing board.

The gated communal pool with lawn area is directly in front of the property.

Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels available at an additional cost if required.

No smoking in the property. No pets.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs. Bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.

Parking is available on the road close to the property.

There is a metre for the air-conditioning, which takes 2 Euro coins, so you pay only for what you use.

    The Area

    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Several supermarkets including; Consum (2 of them), Carrefour, Lidl, Aldi.

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Damo's, Liberty's, Lime Bar, Angel's a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room, and the Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Stallions, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Roberto's and N332 cafe.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. A great night out.

    Punta Marina complex with Consum supermarket, Wok Buffet restaurant, Chinese, Captain's Table restaurant, Italian restaurant, Subway and Piazza II. There is also a newspaper/card shop, electrical shop, cosmetic/parfumary shop, petrol station.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - McDonalds at the Punta Prima Commercial Centre and Burgerking at Playa Flamenca, both closeby.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (5 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

    We can also provide airport transfer and car hire.

    Transfers to golf courses can be arranged.

         

         


    Additional Information

    Air-conditioning (hot and cold) available throughout the property and is on a metre system accepting 2 Euro coins (coins available on arrival if required).

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for prices.

    Rental payments can be made to a bank account in England in pound sterling or Euros to a Spanish bank account.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    You will be given a telephone number in case of emergency during your stay.

    Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival, ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair we can recommend a local company for these items.

    Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional cost.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card (we use paypal).

    If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

    THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CLEANING THE PROPERTY AT THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAY, UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
